Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was very good - lots to choose from - eggs & various breakfast meats - pancakes, waffles, good breads, butter, jams, lots of fruit, yogurt, coffee was good, assorted teas AND much more. All the meal times were very good - lots of variety and everything was tasty. The pool bar was real nice, with good drinks and tasty snacks. We had an amazing sea view (see the photos) and the room was big enough and comfy. The beach was beautful. The hotel is directly on the beach which makes it simply amazing. Beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach cost 20 € per day for two people.

The only thing that was disappointing was that swimming in the sea was not possible in front of the hotel. It was very windy and the waves and undercurrent made it too dangerous during our stay. (There were signs reading "No Swimming". It's probably not like that all the time, though. Also there is a very nice beach about 500 meters from the hotel.

Great location, sandy beach at the doorstep, well kept pool area, grass area to relax on, delicious all- day snack bar, great variety of food in the restaurant, spacious & modern room and all staff very friendly.

~ A heartwarming family escape by the sea ~ Even though we only stayed one night at Malia Bay Beach with my family, it completely won our hearts. We were in Heraklion for an archaeological visit, so it was just a quick stop — but everything about the hotel made us wish we had stayed longer. The location is simply beautiful, right by the sea, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, making us feel at home from the first moment. Our rooms were spotless, cozy, and ideal for a family stay. It’s rare to feel such a strong connection to a place in just one night, but that’s exactly what happened. You can truly feel that the focus is on the human factor — every effort is made to ensure the guest receives the best possible service. We’ve already planned to return for a full week with whole family even with the kids since this place is going to be adorable for them,too!— we can’t wait to come back and enjoy it all over again.

Superior rooms by pool are the best in this hotel. If I were to come again I will book this room again. But rooms in main building are not so nice and "new". I wouldn't want to spend a day there. All food was brilant without any mistake.

Beach there is big problem. Directly by hotel is entrance to the sea with rock. You must go 100 - 150 m right and there is entrance better even if with rock too somewhere. Manager, maybe owner, is not polite. He not know he must greet to women like first. He not greet even if you greet first him and you look to his eyes directly. But I must say his lower management was very polite and helpful. Drinks in bars was very very sweet without consistent quality. After two days we drank own drinks from supermarket even if drinks in bars was for free.

The staff and the managers were very nice. The food was good, we had a lot of choices. The pools were clean. The pool for the kids is perfect.We could always find sunbeds available, on the beach or next to the pool. They cleaned the room and changed the towels every day. We had tea and coffee in the room, but no water. We enjoyed 1 night of greek music and 1 night of magic show.

The pillows were very hard, the kids couldn't sleep on it. I asked for a big double bed and I received 2 small beds next to each other. It was difficult to sleep in the middle, because the beds were slipping away. The room was kind of crowded with the supplementary bed and the bathroom was very, very small. The fridge was empty. We expected at least a bottle of water. There are a lot of rocks in the water, but if you go 500 m on the left side, you'll find a nice sandy beach. The playground kids area could be improved.

The beautiful beach is nearby with sunbeds and parasols. Lovely pools for old and youngsters. The food was fabulous.

As we arrived at 8am,but booked and paid the room from the previous afternoon (15:00) unfortunately our room wasn't ready. We were asked to have breakfast and wait for "refreshing" our room. I wasn't happy because we travelled all night. So I complained at the reception. = I really missed the chest of drawers in the bedroom and an airer on the balcony. = The decorations were very poor for the 4star Hotel. There wasn't any in our room.

I recently stayed at this seafront hotel and had an amazing experience. The location is perfect, offering stunning ocean views and easy beach access. The hotel has been fully renovated, and the rooms are modern, spacious, and very comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The hotel's restaurant offers a diverse menu with delicious options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Each meal I had was expertly prepared and absolutely delicious. Overall, everything was fantastic—from the friendly staff to the excellent amenities. Highly recommended for a relaxing seaside getaway.

Very nice staff and looking for everything for the children. The hotel is clean and safe and family size. There is a pool for families and one to swim. The access to the sea and beach is direct from the pool bar and very easy. Food and cocktails provided and diversified. Quality is good.

The matress of the beds are a little too hard and the bathroom small. The cocktails are with soda and no juice this could be improved.

The hotel was just recently renovated. The room was very clean and had plenty of space for our family. The bathroom was immaculate and very well equipped. We had a balcony with a view to the pool, the gardens and the sea! The hotel has 3 big swimming pools and a couple of shallow ones for kids. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We asked for a baby cot and it was provided immediately. The food was excellent. The breakfast buffet was rich and had plenty of tasteful choices. We would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone who wants a comfortable, relaxing accommodation. The location is perfect as it is next to the sea and close by local shops and attractions.
