The hotel is managed by Chris and his amazing family. We felt at home. The atmosphere is just wonderful and relaxing and after a long and not easy day it was the perfect place to arrive in. Chris and Anastasia are amazing hosts, welcomed us with a hug, and offered help how to make the most out of our stay. They are kind and professional, generous and helpful. The room was super sweet and we like the decoration in the hotel. It is super clear and all staff is just so nice. One of the staff members played football with our kids! Breakfast was wonderful with lots of options. Many many thanks for a lovely and memorable stay. We miss you all already!!!

The thin walls that force you to hear your next room neighbours. If you are lucky, they are quiet and go to bed early, if you are unlucky, they are a noisy couple with two young children that keep you awake until midnight. The bad acoustic insulation is exacerbated by the metal furniture and railings that resound from one room to the other. Better care should be given to the maintenance. We found various fixtures in the bathroom that were wobbly - the toilet seat (that was indeed fixed after we complained), the hair drier and soap dispenser.

The location was amazing and unique. Top three in Greece excluding islands which is a different category. This area is remote but hugely sophisticated in the availability of infrastructure and the perks that we have been spoiled with. There is wifi even on the remotest paths in complete wilderness. The hotel was beautifully decorated with a minimalist modern look in combination with a great feminine touch. Thoughtful and inspiring touches throughout, even in the hallways and staircases. The room was the largest I've seen in Europe. The bedding was very comfortable. The views beyond terrific. The staff was just the most wonderful, sweet, considerate, thoughtful and hugely helpful staff I have ever come across. I left feeling like we had become friends. So much emotional warmth and care. Finally the breakfasts were perfect with everything being prepared freshly and by the family.

I didn't like that I was there for only two nights. Big mistake. We should have booked for at least a week.

The hotel is located in the center of Tzoumerka, in a quiet area with breathtaking views. The rooms are modern and beautifully designed, and the breakfast is excellent. Yiannis and his wife are absolutely lovely – warm, welcoming, and always happy to help.

There’s no elevator at the hotel

The hotel is amazing, the owners are the ones who always there and are super freindly and helpful. The design is beyond expectations! The breakfast is perfect. Really good value for money.

The only thing to take into account is that you'll have to drive to restaurants. Nothing is nearby that you can rach by walking. But this wasn't bothering us, since it was totally worth it!

The host was amazing. Helped us with everything and was really flexible as well as being available 24/7. The hotel view is great. Despite being quite busy during our stay, the walls and doors are soundproof and we didn't hear any noise at all.

The internet has great reception but is slow.
