We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, and the host was exceptionally helpful and responsive to all our needs and inquiries. The spacious private underground parking was a great convenience, and the host even assisted us with parking our car. Breakfast was delightful, featuring a variety of delicious options. The views from the hotel and its surroundings are absolutely stunning. Additionally, there are plenty of cafes, shops, and restaurants within walking distance, making it a perfect location for exploring the area.

There were two minor gripes, which in no way spoiled our stay: 1. The room felt a bit cramped. 2. We needed to keep the window open at night to avoid the heat, which was manageable, but the street noise and the nearby church bells ringing every hour could be quite disruptive at times.

Good location, some spots for parking also outside if the underground parking is full. A nice vibe. Oldish but pleasent decor. The lobby/restaurant from the 'ground floor is very beautiful. The breakfast was fantastic. Many variants, not too fancy, but the food was very, very...tasty. You also have some tables outside to eat or just for coffe. One night only, but we recharged our 'batteries'.

The rooms are indeed a little too warm in the summer, especially on the last floor/attic. A bit dark the building in general, without too much natural light on ground and attic, but it is a traditional building which combines very nice the wood and the stone.

I stayed for one night at the end of May in room 309. The hotel is very well located in the center of the town, in a rustic atmosphere, with a wonderful view and very hospitable staff. Parking is a big plus considering that the streets are very narrow and sloping. The hotel has an elevator. The room is large with large beds, clean towels and sheets. The bathroom is ok. The breakfast was very tasty and a plus was the mountain tea from plants collected nearby. I highly recommend!

Već četvrti put se vraćamo u ovaj hotel, mislim da to dovoljno govori o kvalitetu smeštaja. Odličan doručak, super lokacija i garaža za vaš automobil su za nas veliki plus pri noćenju na putu za Jonsko more. Metsovo je prelepo planinsko mesto koje preporučujem kao odmor do Jonskih letovališta. Obavezno ukoliko vas navodi navigacija, sa glavnog planinskog puta, nemojte da skrenete u prvi ulaz u mesto već produžite do drugog ulaza sa tenkom

Ukoliko imate thule na krovu (suv vozila), možda ćete imati problema oko parkinga u garaži zbog visine plafona na određenim mestima, pošto se uglavnom prvo zauzmu mesta gde je veća visina plafona.

Room was good in size, very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with lots of options to choose from. Free parking is definitely a plus. It is large and very convenient, as you can take the elevator directly to your room.

There is a church nearby that rings the bell every half hour, even at night. But being in a small city, I suppose it will be the same no matter which hotel you choose.

The hotel is ideally situated near the central square of Metsovo, and the charming traditional decoration enhanced our stay. The breakfast was hearty and delicious with locally produced sausages, cheese and jams etc. The rooms were nice, comfy beds, and very clean. We appreciated the underground parking and the lift from there up to the hotel itself which made it much easier for moving luggage. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful with local advice.

Very authentic. The aesthetic is magnificent. The wood decoration is astonishing.

It was very hot at night, so we couldn't sleep as we had hoped. Outside it was 16-18°C, but in the room it was too hot for sleeping. Also, we booked a room with a balcony and a mountain view, which we didn't get, so we had to change it to a cheaper room(no refunds) with a balcony and a view. The staff helped us, but their explanation for why they advertise all rooms with a view and a balcony was absolute nonsense.

The hotel is very near to central park of the village and has his own parking at the basement. The staff were smiling and willing to serve us at all times. The room was comfortable with good heating and very clean every day. They clean the bathroom and change the towels every day. The breakfast was excellent with many to choose and the best for me Douwe Egberts coffee.

We stayed at this accommodation for the second time. It's true that both times were just for one night. It's not too far from the highway, and we really like the atmosphere of the town. The breakfast is great, with a wide variety to choose from, including both cold and hot options.

Since we stayed here in the summer, it was a bit warm at night because there is no air conditioning in the rooms. However, with the windows open, the temperature was just bearable.

The location is amazing, right next to the center. The parking garage is spacious. The room was big and very very clean. The breakfast was solid.

The biggest issue was the noise - there's a church nearby that rings its bells EVERY 30 MINUTES, throughout day and night. There's no air conditioning in the room, which might bother some people. There are no (mosquito) nets on windows, so wasps flew in. The bathroom needs renovation.
