I like the atmosphere of the hotel, nicely decorated. The location is amazing with a beautiful garden, you can sit outside and relax. The breakfast was delicious with local homemade product like cheesepie, Greek pan cakes, marmalades, bread, fresh orange juice, cakes, omelet. And the most important was the host Gerasimos, so friendly, kind and helpful person. Thank you a lot for everything. We will be there again for sure.

The location is spectacular, with beautiful views of the mountains. The host, Emilios, was very welcoming and knowledgeable. He sat with us to help plan our itinerary, including great recommendations for places to eat and visit. Breakfast was fantastic and of high quality, with a lovely spread of dishes including homemade cakes. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and there are several areas inside the hotel where guests can relax and unwind. It had a lift, whereas other hotels that we visited did not.

The workers at the front desk were largely unhelpful and were not aware of what services the hotel did or didn’t offer and in general were unprofessional. The pool was only open during the evening hours and we had to reserve a time and that wasn’t made clear prior to booking. The sauna also wasn’t working, and they were not willing to turn it on, nor did anyone tell us that this wasn’t available for some weird inexplicable reason. Didn’t feel like you got what you paid for in terms of facilities, we were under the impression that the pool was open throughout the day, plus the “spa” (sauna). Lack of privacy for the rooms with balconies. Rooms weren’t soundproof, heard our neighbors all the time.

The location was perfect. One of the walking trails we were going to do turned out to begin opposite the parking entrance. Breakfast was good, with a decent selection of vegetarian choices. The area is very quiet, and yet the village with a good selection of taverns and groceries was less than 5 minutes away by car. The views - oh boy, the views!

We arrived at breakfast one day around 10 (it was served until 11:00) - no more vegetables, no more yoghurt. We had to ask for a refill, and only a meagre couple of spoons of salad were brought - a spoon each - (for 2 vegetarians). Yoghurt was not brought. Omlettes were not fresh. Next couple of days we came early and everything was OK.

A great boutique hotel, with only 15 rooms and a small but extremely hospitable staff. They attended to all our needs and helped us greatly in planning each and every daily trip. Location is excellent. Close to the large village of Pramanta but also conveniently remote and isolated with great hiking trails which start literally 20m from the hotel entrance. The view from the room was amazing (the attached picture was taken from our porch). The room was comfortable and had a nice porch. Excellent breakfast. Specifically the home made cakes were extraordinary.

The pool is very small. We decided not to use it.

The place was comfortable and well designed with a great breakfast. The best part was the lady who manages the place who patiently helped us build an itinerary for our 4 days in the area with great local recommendations of nature, restaurants, attractions and activities. Everything she recommended was perfect and she was so nice throughout our entire stay.

We really really loved the place, first of all how clean everything was, and the rooms are cleaned daily. Huge comfortable bed. great fresh breakfast, Maria and Dimitrios was so kind and helpful, the hotel is less than 5 min drive to village centre with great restaurants and places to sit at. Amazing view from the room!

The price is a bit overpriced in our opinion. the rooms are very nice but not big.
