On our first night, we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately, the food was far from satisfactory. The beef hamburger was extremely unpleasant, and the fish was overcooked to the point of being burned. It seemed highly likely that the meals were pre-packaged and reheated. The breakfast experience, on the other hand, was just average. Furthermore, we found it inconvenient that the air conditioning in the room was controlled exclusively by the reception desk. We were not permitted to adjust it according to our own preferences."

- The resort is completely independent - it has a restaurant & a cafeteria so if someone wants to stay all day there, they can - Restaurant is not expensive and had nice food - Staff was welcoming - Parking available on site - The mountain view form the lobby and restaurant is amazing

- Breakfast buffet mainly had sweet options (sweet pies, marmelades, sweet spreads) - Swimming pool was a bit cold - we were told by reception that you need to inform them 30 min before entering so that they heat it up. We went while the pool was properly functioning and we did not think that the water was in the correct temperature. A small sauna and steam bath were available at additional cost. Only the pool and a tiny gym were free of charge. - Some areas were not heated adequately - the most problematic area was outside the spa, were you exit with wet towels and is really uncomfortable

The hotel and its location are fantastic. Surrounded by mountains, the view while having breakfast was superb. The rooms were large, comfy and very well-designed. The cafe/bar was exceptional. The service was so friendly with everyone having a smile on their faces. This place is the ultimate one when it comes to relaxing and enjoying great food and view. Also, the organised paths for hiking around the hotel are a huge plus. One of my favourite places ever!

The hotel is absolutely marvelous. The public areas are large, beautifully designed and lighted, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great, and the bar and restaurant are delightful and fairly priced. The balcony overlooking the mountains is breathtaking!

Nitpicking: the gym isn’t well equipped and maintained, and the pool is a bit chilly.

The location was extremely beautiful. The hotel is superb!! the breakfast, the rooms, the spa, everything so well taken care off. And last but not least, the People. Very Kind, very friendly and ready to provide you with everything you may need. Definately reccomended!

Everything was great, the location, the view from lobby, restaurant and the room. Nice decoration, plenty of seating areas. The staff of the hotel was very kind and friendly, excellent service. The breakfast made of fresh local ingredients.

The location is really amazing, the surrounding green expands the heart. The staff is kind and helped us with orientation and to order the rafting The breakfast is delicious (it would be wonderful if there was a Greek salad in the morning as well..) We had a lot of fun

A Nesprso or coffee machine was sorely missing The water current is very weak The sink in the shower is very low It was chilly and an extra blanket was missing

This hotel could be better with a little refreshment. Amazing architecture but to my point of view, would need a fresh new paint, and the furniture particularly in the restaurant and the big lobby should be change too. Looks a little bit old to me and it’s a shame for such a great place. The restaurant is ok.

Magnificent hotel in beautiful setting. Staff were very charming and helpful. Our room was beautiful. Facilities great. Dinner we had in the hotel was excellent.

Our daughter complained about the mattress she slept on, said that it was most uncomfortable out of the 5 hotels we stayed in. The sports facilities only open from 11.00. We would have used them early, before checking out.

This is for sure one of the best hotels I've ever visited ! Everything was just perfect , family rooms are great , easily fit 4ppl. The room was clean and well maintained , clean bead and bathroom , very nice view from the room. The staff is super helpful and client oriented , always helping with every question / request. Very nice breakfast , fresh and delicious. You may find several trails very close to the hotel which is great for peaceful afternoon walk. Totally recommended !

I was supposed to checkout after 6 nights
