This hotel is about 10km outside the city. It's excellent if travelling by car, not so excellent if not. However, there is a local bus station 200m south of the hotel. It's very nice and quiet if you'd want to avoid staying in the city for whatever reason.

The driveway into the hotel is shared with an adjacent gas station, making it easy to miss. Also, it's not legal or safe to turn left if arriving from the north. Check maps before arriving; it's easy to figure out where to turn around if needed.

Polite staff. Extremely polite and sweet staff at the breakfast. Excellent breakfast. Room found last minute and it saved us. Close to Metsovo and both ski stations.

Bed could be more comfy. But overall it was just fine.

Very clean hotel with spacious rooms. Good value for money. Although outside the city of Ioannina, there were amenities in close proximity.

This hôtel is very quiet, nice room and a swimming pool very useful with hot weather. But the main thing is the hotel staff. The best staff i met. I forgot my swimming clothes and they organised the shipping to my next destination. A very kind and professionnal staff. Thank's again, you are fantastique. Damien

It was our stopover from late night arrival. Rooms are good, staff is courteous and decent breakfast as well.

Some rooms allow smoking and occasionally the odour of cigarettes was apparent in our room - just an observation rather than a complaint

Wonderful greeting at reception. Our brief stay was perfect. We arrived late, were warmly welcomed, and after a quick swim and supper. We slept comfortably.

Really nice Hosts and personell there. We arrived really late, but it was no problem to get the key. Extremeley freindly and polite. The room was really nice, huge and clean. We even got some tips for visiting Ioannina the next day. I would stay here defeniteley again.

It is situated close to a petrol station on a bigger road which has moderate traffic.

The staff was friendly. Chef for breakfast as well. Neat room. The food is good. The parking lot is large, there are places with shade. I recommend.
