Excellent location, excellent facilities overall, very friendly staff, very competitive price. The bed was particularly exceptional. The facilities throughout including the outside of the Hotel are very pleasant and well kept.

As additional comfort I wish there were a proper chair in the room so that I could use the surface provided for work at my laptop. There is a small armchair for comfortable resting but not good for work on a laptop seated in front of a desk (too low for that desktop and no back support). The door to the bathroom needed fixing to be kept closed. Obviously not a problem that defined the Hotel (it didn't) which of course the Hotel said they would fix asap when I told them. I am sure they would give us another room if we asked, but we didn't ask because it was not a big problem.

Even though the hotel is situated directly next to a major road, at night it is quiet and depending on the sleeping type even quiet enough to sleep with open balcony door. While there was ample parking, due to the location there was only the hotels own restaurant and a baklava store on the other side of the street close by. They provide a nice pool with sunbeds.

The view from the balcony was not the best, but that is to be expected at this location. While the location might be a factor if you want to stay outside the city, it also means to getting into the city center might take some time, around 15 minutes by car. (But we knew this before.)

Additional payment for SPA entrance - I didn't notice that it is written in booking - we were willing to pay but the Jacuzzi temperature was cold - they turned it on only half an hour earlier so we could not enjoy it - we just went out of SPA, of course we did not pay after all

The vibe around the pool with poolbar is just awesome. The rooms were very good priced. Great value for money. We actually extended our stay for an extra day because we loved it so much.

Breakfast could have been a bit better. It is small and not many European options but then again, the hotel was very good priced including breakfast so we were dhappy with it.

Everything: lots of free, safe parking, a good elevator, spacious room, large balcony with good table & chairs, comfortable bed, a good bathroom, spacious closet, lots of table space for working on computers, generous breakfast, light dinner menu if you feasted in town for lunch, and a good pool, and the staff. We really appreciated the location for its countryside views and no traffic congestion, especially after the crowds of Athens and Corfu. Also, to our delight, the rainbow ended in the ancient building in the field outside our balcony.

We liked the hotel; it was very clean; you could really notice the freshness. The room was spacious, the staff was very friendly, and while the swimming pool was small, it was still great. There’s also a large parking area. It was more than just a transit hotel for us.

The room and beds were comfortable, free parking right under our balcony, nice breakfast buffet. The restaurant at the hotel was a pleasant surprise - everything was super fresh and tasty. Staff is nice and helpful. Location is outside the town, surrounded by nature. About 15-20 minutes drive to the old city by the lake.

The bathroom and shower are very basic and rather small. We were here on Easter weekend, so spa services were not available unfortunately.

The room was really clean and you could feel the freshness in the atmosphere,The breakfast was good, and the place ofi it was comfortable. Easy car parking and easy way to the rooms. Wi-Fi was excellent. Also very kind hotel people.

The only thing maybe is the location of the hotel, because you need a car to get toy the city of Ioannina (14 km)
