We really loved staying here. The views were amazing, the rooms bright and cheerful and breakfast in the terrace overlooking the port was fantastic. Good bathroom with plenty of hot water. Really comfortable bed. There were good restaurants and bars 3 minutes walk away. What topped it off was the welcome and hospitality we received, making us feel at home and at ease. Great hosts, we were made feel like family. We'd stay there again when we return and would recommend it to others without hesitation

Everything met our expectations. The lovely and kind people made our accomodation perfect. Mrs Eleni and Mrs Mary were always available to help us. The room was very clean and convenient. There was a good aircondition (you need this in Symi), coffee machine and fridge in the room. Last but not least, we are in love with the view. We enjoyed in the public balcony both breakfast and lunch. Extra benefit is that the car can reach the hotel easily. We recommend it without hesitation!

An amazing view from our balcony. The location is lovely, it is up the hill in the village and there are tavernas and a couple of shops up there. Quieter than in the port area. Our room was lovely, clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was okay.

Would have been nice to have been offered a transfer from the port to the hotel. When I asked how we would get there I was told that we could either walk out get a taxi. We couldn't find a taxi so we ended up walking up 400 steps with our cases.

This is an amazing hotel in Chorio, its in perfect location as just around the corner from the bus stop and the stairs down to the harbour. Just outside the gates there is a mini market and a tiny bakery, too tempting to walk past .....The room was perfect with the most amazing view of the sea and the harbour, we never got tired of looking at it. Everything is spotlessly clean and there was a never ending supply of fresh towels, toilet rolls etc. Great aircon and very comfy beds. There wasn't a breakfast option upon booking but the lovely lady at the hotel is around from approx 7.30 am setting up a wonderful array of complimentary breakfast items ( eggs, bread, rolls, cheese, ham, cereal, yoghurt, honey, juice, tea, coffee.. etc) in the dining area where you can eat on the terrace looking out at the amazing view. It's a lovely touch and a great way to start the day. You won't be disappointed if you choose this fab hotel .

Beautiful Studio style room which was authentic and had lovely views. It was a nice size for 2 people. The location was absolutely beautiful, there are a lot of steps to get to the Hotel but it is a stunning walk via the steps. Breakfast on the terrace with a view was fantas tic also. The hosts were fantastic, and helped us at every opportunity.

Taxi service to the hotel at busy periods can be difficult so might be a good idea to book ahead.

The view of the harbour and surrounds is outstanding. Location close to several tavernas, bakery and a few shops feels like authentic Greece. I enjoyed the walk up and down to the harbour (however, it may be too much for some). Room 19 is light and spacious with a lovely shower room just the air conditioning was faulty. I reported (verbally using Google translate and in writing) and requested relocation which was arranged. The air conditioning was apparently repaired however I was happier moving. Breakfast was nice. Both rooms were very clean on arrival and refreshed daily.

The shower room in room 12 was, like many I have experienced in Greece, a little malodourous however all was good in the room with the door closed!

We could not get a taxi to take us down to the bottom of the port to get our ferry back, 3 buses were completely full and so we had to drag our large suitcases down the 450 steps. My suitcase got a large hole in it from doing this and I had to purchase another one in Rhodes town for the flight home. I am a 52 year old woman and this was not easy.

I was a little disappointed because the they served processed white bread most days which was a bit baffling as there was a bakery across the road. The coffee was excellent as was the terrace view.

There was no management there for most of my stay. I wanted them to organise a taxi for me for my early departure but the staff that were there didn't seem to be able to help at all. As much as I loved my balcony view. The balcony had no privacy from the guests next door on either side.

The room was well appointed with plenty of power sockets, good WiFi, a fridge and air-conditioning. The little balcony looked out right over the bay, the hotel sits at about 300ft above sea level on the steep hillside around Symi's main port, so the view is unfettered and spectacular. The bathroom was high spec with a walk in rain shower. Breakfast was perfect. The location of the hotel is possibly it's biggest asset. Proximity to the main port and to the resort of Pedi with its nearby beaches at Ag Nikolas (easy walk or water taxi) and Ag Marina (tough walk or water taxi) - both accessible on foot or with the regular, reliable and hill-busting €2 bus service.

My only gripe is that the bed in our room was a little short for a tall person who is a lie-flat sleeper.

The hotel was near the top of the hill with an excellent view. There is a bakery across the street with a wonderful smell. The breakfast featured the bread from the bakery and other local food.

Any issues were minor and not worth mentioning. I would recommend shuttle arrangement from the ferry, otherwise it is not an easy climb if you decide to walk there- especially with your bags.
