Extremely helpful staff, a lovely room with a sea view, and a well-served breakfast. The hotel supports sustainability by reducing plastic use, and they even provide a glass bottle you can refill at reception. The room was fresh and bright in white and baby blue tones.

Nothing negative- Just a note: This is Symi – If you have a motorbike or car, getting around is easy. For those on foot, please note that there are quite a few stairs to reach the hotel. Alternatively, you can take the bus for one stop and enjoy a short walk downhill to the hotel.

Room was spacious with a small balcony and amazing view! Staff was a very friendly and helpful. They gave us a resusable bottle as a gift at our arrival which was very useful. They even had extra towels for beach. Breakfast was ok. Hotel is up on the hill and there are a lot of stairs which is a bit tired in summer with the heat, but there is a bus every hour from port or you can take a taxi for 5€. There is a perfect restaurant next to the hotel with great dishes and prices.

Nothing everything was perfect

We really loved staying here. The views were amazing, the rooms bright and cheerful and breakfast in the terrace overlooking the port was fantastic. Good bathroom with plenty of hot water. Really comfortable bed. There were good restaurants and bars 3 minutes walk away. What topped it off was the welcome and hospitality we received, making us feel at home and at ease. Great hosts, we were made feel like family. We'd stay there again when we return and would recommend it to others without hesitation

Everything met our expectations. The lovely and kind people made our accomodation perfect. Mrs Eleni and Mrs Mary were always available to help us. The room was very clean and convenient. There was a good aircondition (you need this in Symi), coffee machine and fridge in the room. Last but not least, we are in love with the view. We enjoyed in the public balcony both breakfast and lunch. Extra benefit is that the car can reach the hotel easily. We recommend it without hesitation!

An amazing view from our balcony. The location is lovely, it is up the hill in the village and there are tavernas and a couple of shops up there. Quieter than in the port area. Our room was lovely, clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was okay.

Would have been nice to have been offered a transfer from the port to the hotel. When I asked how we would get there I was told that we could either walk out get a taxi. We couldn't find a taxi so we ended up walking up 400 steps with our cases.

Beautiful Studio style room which was authentic and had lovely views. It was a nice size for 2 people. The location was absolutely beautiful, there are a lot of steps to get to the Hotel but it is a stunning walk via the steps. Breakfast on the terrace with a view was fantas tic also. The hosts were fantastic, and helped us at every opportunity.

Taxi service to the hotel at busy periods can be difficult so might be a good idea to book ahead.

This is an amazing hotel in Chorio, its in perfect location as just around the corner from the bus stop and the stairs down to the harbour. Just outside the gates there is a mini market and a tiny bakery, too tempting to walk past .....The room was perfect with the most amazing view of the sea and the harbour, we never got tired of looking at it. Everything is spotlessly clean and there was a never ending supply of fresh towels, toilet rolls etc. Great aircon and very comfy beds. There wasn't a breakfast option upon booking but the lovely lady at the hotel is around from approx 7.30 am setting up a wonderful array of complimentary breakfast items ( eggs, bread, rolls, cheese, ham, cereal, yoghurt, honey, juice, tea, coffee.. etc) in the dining area where you can eat on the terrace looking out at the amazing view. It's a lovely touch and a great way to start the day. You won't be disappointed if you choose this fab hotel .

A beautiful hotel. I had a fabulous view of the port from my balcony. My room was very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Excellent coffee in my room and at breakfast. Lovely breakfast, bread fresh from the bakery opposite. Ice cold water on tap in the reception area. I look forward to returning to this hotel in the future.

The view of the harbour and surrounds is outstanding. Location close to several tavernas, bakery and a few shops feels like authentic Greece. I enjoyed the walk up and down to the harbour (however, it may be too much for some). Room 19 is light and spacious with a lovely shower room just the air conditioning was faulty. I reported (verbally using Google translate and in writing) and requested relocation which was arranged. The air conditioning was apparently repaired however I was happier moving. Breakfast was nice. Both rooms were very clean on arrival and refreshed daily.

The shower room in room 12 was, like many I have experienced in Greece, a little malodourous however all was good in the room with the door closed!

We could not get a taxi to take us down to the bottom of the port to get our ferry back, 3 buses were completely full and so we had to drag our large suitcases down the 450 steps. My suitcase got a large hole in it from doing this and I had to purchase another one in Rhodes town for the flight home. I am a 52 year old woman and this was not easy.
