Location was perfect, right in the heart of the harbour. Close to all bars and restaurants. It is the perfect spot to watch the yachts, cruisers and ferries come in. So friendly and welcoming, the staff were absolutely delightful and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast on the terrace is simple but so good. The local cats hover around your table, as a cat lover I would happily feed them. The room was spotless and had great air conditioning, big shower and a TV. Cleaned daily and a safe in the wardrobe. There are sun beds available on the jetty which require a spend of €15 per person at the bar (Drinks and food), very reasonable. The chap serving was so lovely and very polite.

The back rooms can be a little claustrophobic and you overlook a lot of other people. There is no elevator, this wasn’t a problem for us only 2 floors.

Hotel had a recently renovation and my room looked amazing. Unfortunately my view was not enjoyable as my window was faced to a roof and other house. On the day of my booking I couldn’t find any room with Sea View, so just be in mind in case you’re expecting a nice view. Staff was super super friendly, love seat area outside, also breakfast can be in front of the sea. Location is amazing, close to everything and also less busy than the normal tourist area.

Nothing something that I didn’t like, just a suggestion for the hotel to have a space area for hanging wet clothes, biquínis or towels. Symi is a Island where people are going only for enjoying the beaches. It’s good to have a space to do it.

Everything was excellent! One of my favourite hotels ever. The location is excellent, around the corner from the action, but somehow right in the middle of everything without leaving the beautiful hotel terrace. The view is stunningly beautiful and the swim spot right in front of the hotel is perfect. You are right beside absolutely everything from mini market, shops and certain ferries to the beach around the corner. The buffet breakfast was excellent, really good quality food and the most beautiful view from the terrace. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable with an excellent view and balcony if you opt for a sea view. The staff in the hotel are so lovely and go the extra mile to accommodate you if you miss a flight or ferry etc. I can’t recommend either this hotel or Symi more.

This hotel was the perfect gem, only steps away from the water. Staff were super friendly, helpful, and service was great. Great breakfast and gluten-free offerings as well as service for the lounge chairs per food/drink fee. Perfect location on the quieter end of the town and swimming was great with ladder access into the sea. Easy transport from/to the port with prior arrangement. Balcony view was stunning and shutters closed tightly for dark and quiet sleep. In this updated, renovated hotel, showers, fridge, and towels provided for bath and beach, made this a comfortable week-long stay. We rented a moped from a nearby shop to tour the island and many nearby options for water taxis and tours. Breakfast was excellent and lunch available, but we truly enjoyed an alternate restaurant next door as well.

Beds were a bit on the hard side for our taste (but not everybody's taste), and no tea cattle in the room is provided for coffee or tea. And the breakfast coffee was not the frappe without an extra charge. Otherwise, everything provided a comfortable and restful stay, and we would certainly love to return again.

Very good situated in town, everything close by. Bathing spot (stairs) just opposite the hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. Very good and comprehensive breakfast that can be taken on the terrace.

The hotel needs to let guests know how the loungers in the front of the hotel work. When we checked out we were informed for the first time that the loungers were 15 euros per person per day. Although I have no problem paying for loungers, some notification would have been nice. Also I heard the man working there tell non guests there was a cost or you had to order 20 euros worth of food. We were not provided that option or is it that guest need to pay for chairs and food? This is still not clear to me. If it wasn’t for this I would have given this hotel an excellent rating.

Spacious room and nicely decorated with a modern flair. Perfect location Excellent breakfast with a lot of choices. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The air conditioner was very noisy. While it was cool outside, we could not open the windows as there was noise from equipment outside the building. The lowest temperature was 24 C but it didn't kick in until the room reached 25. While it's only a two story hotel there are no elevators which would not make this a suitable place for those with mobility issues.

Excellent location absolutely brilliant place only thing that let it down was our room was at the back of the hotel and there was no curtains or shutters in the room and directly outside our windows was3 huge air conditioning unit running all night so not a great nights sleep. So if you get offered room 210 politely decline. Apparently when I questioned it I was told it is the only room in the building without any curtains. In fairness she did offer to put up some black bin bags over the windows I politely declined.. otherwise beautiful 😍 place.

I loved the breakfast in the morning sitting outside with a beautiful view of the close by sea. I also loved just walking out of the hotel and being right by the sea as well as near all the shops and restaurants. It was busy during the day with tourists but never felt unsafe or too crowded, and in the afternoon/ evenings it was peaceful and relaxing. I loved the sunbeds opposite the hotel next to the sea as I felt safe as a solo traveller being near my hotel but also having the opportunity to swim. You could hire a sunbed for 15€ if you were a guest at the hotel, as long as you bought food and drinks up to that price which I thought was really reasonable. Loved being able to order food or drink whenever I wished without leaving my sunbed. Just beautiful

My room was slightly disappointing, as I had no view and felt I couldn’t open my window due to looking into others rooms and I didn’t feel safe opening the window but this didn’t bother me much as it was what I had booked, and I only needed a room to sleep in as the location was so perfect otherwise.

Location great with lovely views across harbour from hotel front. Good buffet breakfast to choose from. Lovely fluffy towels and nice toiletries. Fridge in room. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I asked for a quiet room but was put next to the stair well. During the night I could hear someone sounding like they were repeatedly vomiting in the hallway/ reception area. I appreciate this was not the hotel's fault but if I had been away from the stairwell I would not have heard it. Also there seemed to be some form of extra power unit going off every half hour or so under my room which meant a very interrupted night of sleep.,
