We’ve just returned from a five night stay at White Olive Elite . Everything about the hotel was perfect and the staff were the hardest working most present I’ve ever come across in Greece . They went out of their way to make everyone welcome ! A few in particular deserve a special mention Panos the barman, Alexandros the dining room manager and young Alexandra who runs the afternoon snacks ! Our rooms were cleaned every day and were spotless . Buffet was very well stocked with a huge variety of food and the extra special treat of entertainment on Easter Sunday night was brilliant ! All in all an extremely enjoyable holiday !

No ! Everything was perfect !

We couldn’t had have a better experience than we did! Everything was excellent! The food was good, the facilities too, the bedroom had a lot of storage and was brand new! Cleaning was great such as the cleaning ladies! But for us the best thing was the staff. The staff was super nice and lovely, young, professional and hard working! They would clear all our doubts, making us great drinks, recommend us the best places and giving us the best tips. They were kind, friendly and super nice! They would always help us with a smile on their faces! Special thank you to Iris, Sira and the night auditor from the reception, Denis, Mario, Panos and the girls from the pool bar and Elias from the restaurant! You made our stay so incredible that we just wished we could have stayed more days, we didn’t even wanted to leave! The girls from room 5113 wish you all the best and left the island with amazing memories in the hopes one day we could come back and revisit the moments that we had. May the future allow us to live these experiences again! Was the best place we could pick for our vacations!

This hotel was fabulous for us, just a 5 min walk to the beach via the back gate and 3 minute walk from where all the action starts. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, all the staff are fabulous and helpful, work very hard and with smiles. Our room overlooked the main pool in the middle and blocks out most of the sound when the doors are closed so had great night sleep. Real mix of nationalities. Everything is so clean, beds are massive and comfy. I was worried about the food from some of the reviews on trip advisor but it was a huge selection and always found more than enough. My partner is vegan and he loved it all. We didnt use the A la carte bit did use the pool restaurant which was hot & lovely. Entertainment in evening is only twice a week but the acts were really good and it got you up dancing. Daytime entertainment lads were full of energy and always took time to chat. i will definitely return to this hotel. Suits couples, families and friend groups but wouldnt recommend super loud groups as the vibe is more tasteful. A lovely quiet hotel but have all the nightlife on your doorstep if you want it. We were also lucky enough to.keep our room until 5pm as noone was booked in that day after us and this was free of charge.

Some food can be lukewarm but didn't really bother us as was still tasty. This is a Greek 5 star serving huge amount of guests so should be expected.

The staff was amazingly helpful they answered to all of our questions which we had a lot by the way. The food was excellent you can find a good bite for every type of person either vegan or vegetarian or people who are lactose intolerant. The room was beautiful and clean and also you cannot hear the voices from the room next to you. The location was excellent it was 5 minutes from the beach and also 2 to 3 minutes from the souvenir shops, stores and restaurants. They also have Greek and pop night during the week which gave us live music and we were able to get an insight into Greek music and dance. The animators always had a lot of energy which gave us instant smiles when we saw them and also they had always some fun activities such as aqua dance or dance with the smaller kids either meditation or darts. My favourite was the aqua dance with the Greek song called Opa Opa.

Our family had a two week stay in White Olive Elite Laganas this summer and we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in this beautiful Greek island. Our check in went very smoothly and the hotel does not lack amenities. They had towels for rent and bottled water readily available for a small cost at the front reception. The buffet menu changes every single day and the food was extremely enjoyable and delicious. I believe they had a 7 day menu which meant that every day in the week the menu changes and they feature different cuisine each day such as Spanish or Italian and so on. They have a wide spread daily and the chefs are really good at what they do. The restaurant staff are extremely diligent and work very fast. They clean up the restaurant very efficiently and are so welcoming every time we stepped in. They are so friendly with children and our 1.5 year old daughter likes them so much. The front reception staff are always helpful and ready to assist in any way. They booked taxis for us multiple times and also were able to arrange for laundry washing. They are very accommodating and flexible during our check out process and went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable until our 4pm flight. They made additional arrangements at no extra cost or obligations and were even apologetic for not being able to extend our check out time (not their fault at all; the rooms were all fully booked). I would like to add that the service staff in Zakynthos island are all very professional and friendly and it shows in the way they provide their services. We are happy that we came!

The only area I noticed that could use some improvement is the showers in the rooms. The water temperature tended to fluctuate, making it challenging to find and maintain the right temperature. Oh and the pool could have stay open a little longer :)

Me and my husband spent our honeymoon there and we loved it. There was plenty of food and the food was delicious. We loved the self service all inclusive drinks. Everything was clean. The hotel is just the right size - there are some activities (waterpolo, aqua gym…) during the day, yet it’s still peaceful enough to relax. Everyone can find something for themselves here. Location of the hotel is very good - peaceful location, yet still close to Laganas main street. The staff were friendly and always available. Special thanks to Sire at the reception – we had an early check-in, and she explained everything about the hotel clearly and was very helpful.

There’s nothing I did not like

When we arrived we were amazed by the hotel’s aesthetic, from the reception through the hallways and the room also. The view from our room was incredible, so how clean our room was. Not to mention the pool, the bar and every tiny piece of the hotel. Everything was clean. They helped us book travels on the island, anytime we had questions, they helped us. The staff of the restaurant was organised and I got to highlight our favourite member, the restaurant and bar manager Alexandros (we took a photo with him), who is far the most sweet and helpful person we ever met. He is an example any staff member should be at restaurants and bars. He helped us also with any questions and was talkative. Cold drinks were always available, the high range of tasteful foods are something we still miss😁 Hope to go back soon to this place! 😊

No negative things to mention.

Hotel was excellent. Staff are the best we have come across and we have travelled a lot. They were friendly and very helpful .Staff at the pool bar and particularly the dining room manager who always had a smile for everyone. The waiting staff were so efficient and tables were cleared immediately. There were always plenty of sun loungers around the pool. 3 minutes walk to the beach and about 5 minutes into the start of town.

The hot food wasn't very hot but there was a great selection of foods to choose from. Music was played quite loudly from about 10/11 am to 10/11 pm around the pool. Maybe just turn it down a little to allow people relax and enjoy the lovely pool area. The wifi wasn't great in the room. You could get an upgrade of the wifi but it was charged as an extra.
