The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic, with a lot of restaurants within walking distance. It has a food court right around the corner from the main entrance. The room was very clean. It had a tea kettle, and the balcony had a good view. It was a bonus to have a gym available, although it was very small. The good workout was to run from my room to the gym, which was on the top floor. There was a decent restaurant/bar on my floor, with a great terrace with a view

The internet was unreliable—slow and it cut out a few times, although staff responded quickly to fix it. The room itself was very small. The bed was pushed against the wall on one side with no headboard since it was positioned right next to the window. It worked fine for one person, but for two guests, one would have to climb over the other to get out of bed. The shower had good water pressure, but without a door, water spilled into the hallway

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel in a very safe and nice area where you can walk to many restaurants and bars. The hotel has lovely design as well. Most people of the staff were really nice and helpful and I appreciated the possibility to have a late check-out without additional cost.

The rooms are very tiny and there is not much space to store clothes and luggage. Having a balcony sounded nice but it actually overlooks the terrace of the 7th floor restaurant so there is not much privacy to be expected. I had to close the window blinds for most of the time when I was in the room.

Staff was very attentive. The hotel was really clean. Great attention to detail in the design of the rooms. Restaurant on site. Location was great with several restaurants and a gym (SmartFit) with walking distance.

Rooms are really small and they lack counter space. If you have a large suitcase you’ll very likely had to spread it out over your bed. Also there are no closets, just hooks. There is a gym on site but it lacks much equipment so you’re better off using the SmartFit located in the next building over.

The place was sharp, contemporary and very clean. Staff was professional and the facilities ran like a well-oiled machine. The location is great to organize gatherings. There are many restaurants in the area and you are right in the middle close to iconic buildings and great restaurants, and a lively nightlife.

The room is as small as I can take without feeling crammed. However, the design and art were pleasant, so it never felt quite claustrophobic.

This was a great hotel in Guatemala City! We only stayed for one night because we had a flight the next day, but we could've easily spent more time here. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony, which was really nice of them! The staff was friendly during check-in/out as well. The room was nice - a minimalist design, clean, and comfy. It was definitely the best bed and shower we had in Guatemala! The water pressure was strong and the water was hot. We also liked the restaurant on the same floor as our room and there are tons of restaurants, cafes, and bars in the area. We felt safe as well since you need a key to access the hallway to the elevators, to use the elevators, to get back to the hotel rooms from the restaurant, etc. Also the door to your room has an alarm. We also loved that staying here helped contribute to good causes!

The wifi was a little spotty, but that's to be expected.

The room was cozy and comfortable as seen in the pictures. The location was good with many food choices around. They arranged for us a transfer from the airport (20$) and an (very) early check in with 40$. The breakfast (or dinner) was good but a bit pricy. The vibes at the terrace at the restaurant were nice with view over the city. I would choose It again ! They also helped us arrange our transfer to Antigua. Very helpful staff.

I stayed here just for one night because i had a morning flight the next day. loved the modernist decor very much as well as the BALCONY with a great city view, especially at night when the buildings across the way light up. felt like Vegas, but in a good way lol. the bed was the most comfortable during my entire 7 day stay in the country (also stayed in Tikal and Lake Atitlan). Best shower of the trip - nice to have a consistently HOT shower! the location was in Zone 4, with lots of lively bars and eateries within walking distance. I've recommended this place to any friends coming to Guatemala City, and next time i will book at least two days here to see especially the Museo Popol Vuh and try more local eateries as well. GC reminded me a bit of Mexico City, and even Barcelona. it has that vibe! staff were very friendly and accomodating as well.

I was super bummed the gourmet restaurant, La Capirucha, was CLOSED during my stay. but the other restaurant, Caldos, had a great-looking menu and a good breakfast. I wished I'd gone there for dinner instead of just grabbing a slice of pizza at the food court next door. it was really quite NOISY outside as well if you're out on the balcony, but honestly it didn't bother me - it's a CITY what do you expect? very easy to shut the balcony door which shuts the noise out too.

We stayed at the Good Hotel for one night in January, and our experience was excellent. The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable. While the room was small, it was well-organized and had everything needed to feel welcome. Additionally, the Good Hotel is located in a safe neighborhood, close to restaurants, and just 20 minutes from the airport. If you're planning to stay in Guatemala City, the Good Hotel is an excellent choice!

The staff, parking, and location are great value for the money. Parking was included. The staff and security guards are knowledgeable about the area. They were also attentive and communicated well with one another. I did not have to repeat things, even though there was a shift change when I returned. Security also understood it would take slightly longer to park and let me park near the front.

There was no access to an ice maker. Also, there is no access to drinking water. Those had to be asked by the front desk. There were no telephones in the room, so I could not phone the front desk with any questions.

The hotel is in a tall building, very nice and tidy rooms, the reception is open 24 hours a day, the staff is very friendly. The beds and bedding are excellent, the shower is perfect. The location of the hotel is in zone 4, there are bars and restaurants nearby, which you can also visit in the evening on foot. The hotel is also easy to get to the airport (with transport) and if you don't mind walking, Zone 1 is about a 40 minute away. The hotel has a very good cause, all their profits go to children's education.
