Eswi Sandoval was exceptional he looked after me well above what was needed, thank him so much for me, wish all staff around the world were as good as him. Near the bus station, comfortable bed, hot water and good water pressure.

There was no air conditioning, no ceiling fan, and little ventilation. I was fine because it was a very cool evening but it would have been miserable if it had been hot.

The beds were comfortable. The shower had enough water pressure, and a free workout is included since they don't have elevators, and we stayed on the 4th floor, lol.

I made a reservation for Hotel Capri Guatemala yesterday. I sent a message to the property and said I would be checking in after 02:00 at night. They said they were open 24 hours. When I checked in at that time, they said all their rooms were full. I showed them the correspondence. They were not interested.
