Super beautiful, quite, I got more beds than I asked for which was nice, I had the bottom floor so we had an actual mini area/yard instead of just a small back porch like the upstairs ones. There’s a bar in the front. And rooftop to look out at the city.

There is no free parking, although it was easy for us to find road parking. The workers let us know that we have to pay about a dollar to park on the streets. I’m pretty sure it said online it had a pool, but didn’t. I can’t recall.

Team was nice, the location is convenient if you like walking. Recommendations and arrangements through the front desk (tour & airport ride) were great. A good option for larger rooms (4 beds in 1 room).

Shower in 1 room was very basic (the sink is in the room) a glass door instead of the shower curtain and better shower head would have been nice. in the other room, the shower drain was stuck. TV is old fashion. Not much extra space as a sofa so we took a room with 4 beds for 3 people (price different was minor)

The staff is amazing and always willing to help. Besides the amenities are great and the rooms are very comfortable. I like the room with a little patio to relax and the desk is great to work

Noise is hard, I can’t sleep with noise, so hearing noise coming from the hall or the others rooms made me feel like stress a little but I understand it’s out of control

Staff was great and responsive. The room was comfortable and the outdoor space was pleasant.

Saturday night the bar that shares the courtyard plays very loud (and unpleasant) techno. The staff worked to get them to turn it down a bit, wasn't an issue on other nights.

Great location. Room was simple but functional.

Toilet seat was in dire need of replacement There was a dog feeding station on the hotel step. A dog had poo’ed outside and it was all trodden up the step. The man on front desk didn’t seem to care when this was pointed out

Hotel Panchoy is a great choice. Good Wifi, hot shower, and very comfortable big rooms. Our room had a small terrace that was just for us and it was amazing! There is free coffee, hot and cold water outside. There is cleaning every day. The location is very central and you can walk anywhere in less than 10 minutes.

Noise from the restaurant/bar right across the patio. They turned it off at reasonable hour, nothing too bad, but having to listen to reggaetón from some party, while I'm in a room is really not what I appreciate

The hotel is close to everything and within walking distance. Very clean and the staff is friendly and very helpful.

No breakfast onsite , but there was a food cart on the corner with excellent breakfast options.

A great little hotel, in a superb location. The staff were lovely and gave us a room as soon as we arrived (even though we had only booked half an hour earlier). We actually only stayed for the day as we flew out at night, but wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

The staff were so helpful and gracious. They helped me to navigate my way around and were very accommodating when I had to change were reservations twice. The location is walking distance from the square there is a bar, restaurant and snack shop right next door.
