I liked that Jonny, the manager on duty when I arrived very kindly offered me a room on the quieter side of the hotel, which I appreciated. His English is very good and I enjoyed chatting with him. The breakfast was very nice - lots of items available including fresh fruit. I'm a vegetarian, so I ate a lot of eggs! I liked that the hotel is staffed 24 hrs. I had a nice view of someone's lovely garden from my room which I enjoyed. It's a peaceful neighbourhood, with excellent tram links to the metro and the city just a short walk away.

I didn't like that smoking is allowed on the room balcony (as I was informed by one of the managers), so when I had my balcony door open I could smell cigarette smoke coming from the balcony next to mine. Also, suggested improvement: buy a toaster that holds 4 slices of bread! And it would be good if brown bread is available every day.

Good accommodation for good price. Servise was kind, helpful and fine. Breakfast was OK. There is grocery close to the tram and also good reviewed gyros which was really tasty.

It was out of the center but there is tram station close to the hotel. We traveled to the center maybe 35 min. by tram but if you have tickets to public transport for 3 days you can travel unlimited with all public transport and it's not problem. Tram 47 goes directly to the center.

No nonsense. Good concierge. Some drinks and snacks for purchase. Hairdryer in the bathroom. Warm room - the heating was on. Smart TV with netflix - I just logged in to my own account and watched my current series, and I've never cared about tv in hotels before, but this turned out great. The room had a balcony and the door was tilt&turn like a window, very handy for fresh air. Clean bathroom, clean towels and sheets, no smells, very calm atmosphere. Easy to find, easy to navigate.

I wasn't a fan of having a single size duvet, I wish it was a double, but still okay. The water wasn't always hot, sometimes yes sometimes not, so it was a lottery to have a shower, I don't know what it depended on, maybe if someone else is having a shower too. But really those are not significant enough to impact my overall good stay.

Hotel was clean, and in expensive. Hotel staff was very accommodating. Its very practical that there is a fridge in the room!

I requested in advance vegan breakfast - but the message didn't get to the local staff, so that the first morning, I had nothing really to eat for breakfast. On the second day, the staff had gone out and gotten some vegan options. Beds were uncomfortable. Old mattresses need to be replaced. You cant stand under the shower head and shower, rather you must hold the shower head the hole time - too impracticable.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. Room has a fridge and balcony! onsite paid parking. and free parking on street. If you tell then in advance, the hotel will provide vegan options for breakfast.

The rooms are outdated and need renovation. The mattresses are very used and flat. Shower doesnt have a head you can shower under rather you must hold the head in one hand and wash with other - very uncomfortable. The hot water lessoned after little use.

The breakfast was good, eggs, cheese, salami, vegetables, bread of different types of bread and also jam and honey. In short, everything you need for a good breakfast. The people are polite and welcoming.

The room was clean, the bathroom was clean and they have left several rolls of toilet paper and more than two towels. The only thing I would improve, I would ask if possible the housekeepers who take care of the cleaning to come in and tidy up only the bed and check that everything is in order. I had the feeling that in four nights no one came to check. I left the window open and the bed unmade and when I came back everything was the same.

I must say this is on of best 3 star hotel I have been. It is clean. Stuff is great, friendly, polite, speak English and German. Area were hotel is is very nice. They have some small thing like wet wipes in toilets...which you don't find so often. I highly recommend this hotel. Adam was great, helpful, friendly. Have a cushty one mate. Cheers!!!

I asked for a room with a balcony and in a short time I received one. The bed in the room I stayed in for 2 people is super comfortable. air conditioning..works perfectly. Overall.. price - quality OK

a bit far from the center, about 30 minutes by tram. you have to ask for the towels to be changed (unfortunately) the bathroom has no ventilation <this is a minus>. the holder for liquid soap in the bathroom was placed above the toilet paper.

Lovely helpful team on reception, a will maintained hotel outside of the city centre but with excellent transport links to the city centre nearby.

It's not the most modern hotel but that's reflected in the price, the shower heads were very low on the wall (and not moveable) and while the transport links to the city centre are great there's not many amenities in the immediate surroundings.

The personal very kind. Cleanliness OK. Is not in the center but you have a lot of trams (30min to center of the town).

The noize from the street, on my side, was a bit annoying. Maybe some better windows would help.
