Location was ok. Parking court convenient and safe. Room size , bathroom clenliness ok. Nice clean and comfy beds. Breakfast ok for 3 star hotel.

Room smell was unpleasant after smoker guest. Houseekeeping need to pay more attention after general cleaning of the room to at least leave windows open and refresh the room. Please inform smoker guests not to smoke in rooms. Thanks

When you walk into the reception and there’s a photo of the local hockey team thanking them for support, you know you’re in a good place already. Breakfast was good, and the service is great… You order off a menu so they cook it freshly, rather than a choice of things that have been sitting out all morning.

Wi-Fi is kind of slow if you’re trying to work on it, it’s fine for browsing or social media, but for doing anything bigger, I had to use my mobile data.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a special situation caring for family and they let us check in early The bedding for 3 in a room was perfect again for our situation. A grandma a mom and daughter. 3 good size twins, great pillows. Though English was limited we did our best with communication. No elevator. So as long as a person is strong enough to carry luggage up stairs it’s ok.

We were a group of friends, spectators at Rally Hungary and I think Hotel Platan was great choice for us. Quiet, free parking, the terrace outside, everything was great. The late check in provided helped a lot 'cause we arrived at midnight. Also the price was good.

Clean and excellent location.

They lock the doors to the hotel at 10 pm. You need to ring them to be let inside. Security is high, but we did have to wait one night 5-6 minutes for the front desk lady to open the doors.

Great location in a quiet area only 10 mins walk from the train station and town centre, helpful staff who spoke good English a easy check in, good Aircon in Room, was nice and quiet good night sleep

Good parking place inside the yard. Walking distance to the city center, about 10-15 min. Great restaurant at about 5 min from the hotel. Clean room with a small mini bar. Good, basic breakfast.

Pretty warm during the summer and the air conditioning is not well positioned as it directed towards the beds making it difficult to leave it on during the night.
