Really thoughtfully put together little apartment with everything you could need. We especially loved the areas downstairs with all the extra supplies and laundry facilities. Also in a great location and the parking onsite was useful. Was a pleasure to stay here and would’ve been very comfortable for a longer stay.

Not a big deal but the apartment didn’t seem to have been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. There was trash out on the balcony and a large number of empty beer cans in the cupboard above the stove. Everything else was lovely though!

The location is perfect - it is right in the center of the town and you can walk to anything/everything that is going on there or that you might need (groceries, petrol station, book store, cafe/coffee, restaurants, etc.). The room was impeccable and clean, super easy parking, and felt like my own little studio apartment.

The ONLY downside was that the water pressure wasn't super hard and the temperature never got very, very hot - both those are both just personal preferences and didn't affect the overall stay much at all.

The location in the center is okay. Walking distance from shops and bars / nightlife. Although in the center and there were many guests staying this weekend it was quiet during the night.

The check in information as provided is not up to date. Instead of getting as code to open the door and get the key at the premises, literally written in their messages, there is a sign on the door you have to check in at the next hotel. The kitchen facilities lack logic. A french coffee press without coffee does not make sense. Also no oil to cook. The tap in the sink was loose. We have stayed before in a similar room and have to conclude the price is too high for the quality and services provided.

Location was excellent, but what wouldn't be in town? Rooms were very clean and modern. Good parking. There was a lounge where we could gather and eat takeout. There was a kitchen, fridge, but no microwave. All in all a great value and I'd definitely stay there again. We wish we would have stayed another night!

We had to go next door to the Hotel Vestmannaeyjar to check in, which was fine, but the sign didn't say where it was so we had to look it up. Rooms were tight for four, but we appreciated that it was an option so we could keep our costs down. They didn't have enough bedding and towels so we had to ask reception for more, but it was easy to get more from the supply room. Lounge could have better lighting. All nitpicks for a great stay.

Check-in was easy at the next door hotel front desk, simple free parking, nice apartment with blackout curtains, small deck, nice sized bathroom and shower, lots of space to hang clothing and nice kitchenette. Nice to have access to extra towels, and easily to get the missing bedding from the basement public area.

The shower didn’t drain perfectly, specifically for the first shower we took, then it was better. Didn’t stock the apartment with the needed bedding for the pullout bed we needed for our son per the reservation.

We arrived in the middle of a windstorm, but the staff was kind and cool enough to allow us to switch rooms (my mistake in original booking) and stay at a more comfortable room, even while overbooked. I really appreciated the size and cleanliness of the room and all common spaces, pity we only spent one night with them and I had little time to fully explore. Great view to the harbour from our room too, plus kettle in the room. I can't ask for more :)

I don't have any negative comments, why do I have to criticisize by all means?

Nice location on the Westman Islands, only about a 10 minute walk from the ferry. Room was laid out well, and the cooking faciliites were great. Nice to have a full size fridge. Shower was good pressure and bathroom spacious. Enjoyed having a balcony door, mostly for air flow, as it gets warm in the summer with the long days of sun. Mostly quiet area and courteous staff.

Salt and pepper would have been nice to have on hand. Also, the trash bins outside were incredibly full so having to deal with that as a guest is a bit annoying. Also, the textures pillowcases and strong detergent use on the bedding isn't great if you're sensitive to that kind of thing.

The bed was very comfortable. Everything in Iceland is very expensive, but this was actually noce for the money. Loved the coffee machine, ice cube machin and washing facilities in the public area.

We had a subterrain windows to the neighbours garden, so ventilation was ok for just a couple of nights. We had to draw the blinds the whole time though because there were kids playing and always peaking into the windows which is not the apartments fault though, but was annoying

Located in a fantastic, central location this apartment was close to restaurants, shops and bars as well as the ferry. Decorated in a sleek modern style, it was quite spacious and very clean. We absolutely loved being able to step out on the balcony. The off street parking was great. Check in and check out was a breeze! When we return we will definitely book here again.

It would have been nice if a few kitchen basics were provided, such as sugar, salt & pepper, coffee or tea.

Everything!!! This is a luxury studio apartment. Very well equipped, clean, lovely decorated and nice view. It is also right in the middle of the city center; therefore conveniently close to all of the restaurants. The staff here are amazing as well. We used the washer n dryer just before leaving and the dryer wasn’t working but a staffer, Sylvia, helped letting us use the staff dryer. This was only after we and Sylvia really tried to get the guest dryer to work but it wouldn’t.
