The breakfast (which must be ordered 24 hours in advance) was delicious and beautifully laid out. It was delivered to our door while the snow came down. The cabin also had an espresso machine that kept us caffeinated and cozy during our stay. Bring fresh cream or Oat milk from a store on your way into carbon if you prefer it over powdered, which is supplied. Wish I could have this breakfast again right now! It was also the best sleep either of us had on our trip across Iceland. I loved the cozy beds in the loft and my dad really enjoyed his bedroom downstairs. The art rotation on the television introduced us to Icelandic painters we enjoyed more than many of the museums we visited for a fun an unexpected bonus. Cannot wait to return
I honestly don't have any complaints

Slightly smaller than expected for 3 pax, especially with large suitcases. The unit was clean, with parking lot right in front of the porch. Location is a few mins drive from the Seljalandsfoss waterfall. Kitchenette was small but functional, dishwasher was a plus point. The unit has 2 sleeping areas, ground floor bedroom and a loft. It was sufficient for 3 pax. The big windows are great for the view! We got really lucky to see the northern lights!
The 2nd sleeping area (loft): The narrow steps leading to the loft can be difficult for some, and the ceiling is close to the bed on one side. I’m petite (1.63m) so it wasn’t an issue for me to sleep at the loft.

The location is 10/10 and it’s beautiful inside. Really close to some of the main waterfalls etc and not far from VIK. We saw the northern lights 2/2 nights which was lovely.
It is small but we knew that so it wasn’t an issue for us. There is a little cupboard that could do with a small heater so you can dry wet clothes as there isn’t anywhere for that. There is a microwave but it didn’t look like there were any microwave safe dishes. The bedrooms need more hooks. It is small and wouldn’t suit two sets of adults. The main issue being lack of any storage.

I was truly impressed with this hotel—the location, view, shower room and two bedrooms exceeded my expectations. The bed, blanket, and pillow were exceptionally comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. Our room, number 10, was a studio (40 sqm), spacious enough for the three of us. Even though it wasn’t a standalone apartment, it was well soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful stay. The room was spotless, which added to the overall comfort. Breakfast was delivered to our room around 9:00 am, featuring a generous variety of items: ham, cheese, breads, fruit juice, yogurt, and an assortment of spreads including honey, Nutella, bacon sauce, butter, and various jams—plenty for each person to enjoy. The mountain view from our room was simply breathtaking. All in all, this property is an excellent choice for anyone seeking comfort, cleanliness, and stunning views. I strongly recommend it!

Owners really made the effort to plan every bit of the huge room down to the last detail for an amazing stay…. — kitchenette with all possible equipment (oven/fridge/kettle/toaster/peeler/etc) required — separate kids room with bunk beds (for parents privacy & sanity) — well heated toilet (even mirrors were heated so they don’t fog up!) — TV with all possible digital channels & Bluetooth speakers — Dining table for 4 plus sofa seating area with table for lounging — Just step out of your door to catch the northern lights — wonderful view of the waterfalls
For 11/10 stars : — bathrobe was provided but missing bathroom slippers (or maybe we couldn’t find it)

Great location. Beautiful accomodations. Modern kitchen. Close to the waterfalls, Thorsmark, and Westman Islands. The cabins are beautiful and private. Great for couples.
Just be mindful exiting if you don't have the door code memorized, especially if you have a tendency to put your luggage and phone down in the cabin and head out for the rest of your stuff. You need this code to open the door and there are no staff on site. Weather and wind conditions can be often unforgiving. My wife's memory is better than mine, so this turned out not be an issue for us in that moment😃.

The cabin was stylishly appointed. The bed sheets were divine...clean and fresh and not smelling of fabric softener/perfume. Breakfast had a very nice assortment of savory and sweet foods and was generous.
The cabin rooms were VERY small....barely any room to open our carry-on luggage. Also the bathroom was small and lackluster. The shower had a difficult time containing the water within the shower pan. For the cost of the accommodations, the smallness was disappointing.

These are wonderful places to stay near Porsmork and route 1 along the southern coast! Beautiful design, very well done. We had the two room villa which was very comfortable with every amenity (bathrobes, nice shower, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen). We were there in June with gale force winds and the little house was a quiet, warm respite. Nice and substantial breakfast delivered in the morning.

The apartment is very clean and nicely designed. Really nice worktop and bathroom. Kitchen has dishwasher and induction hob. It's a very nice place to spend a night if you are driving ring road or visiting South Iceland. We had the breakfast but you could easily just self cater a nice breakfast. Choice is up to you. We liked the nice tv as it is now wintry, so accommodation comfort becomes more important
Could have hair conditioner

Everything was perfect! The beds were sooooo comfortable! The bathroom had heated floors and heating towel rack too! The little things make a difference! You could park right outside your room and the views were perfect for the northern lights! Service was great too! Could change breakfast times to earlier too.
Nothing. Everything was great!
