I like the facilities, very well cleaned, with water fountain in every floor, wifi pretty fast, the restaurant area and the root top INCREDIBLE, with an amazing view of Taj Mahal and Sunset, the stuff really friendly and ready to help... Food servide upstairs pretty reasonable price and good quality. Definitely coming back

The only thing I would say that in the first night it was a bit inconvenient as the toilet flush wasn't working but there were water in the tap and a bucket 🪣 anyway next morning it was working properly so it was solved very quickly.

The hostel is located one road away from the main entrance road to the Taj Mahal. This makes it a peaceful place away from the bustling chaos that one gets used to in India. There is a very nice roof terrace with a restaurant that serves food throughout the day, and has a nice cosy fireplace for in the evening. This makes it a nice place to relax after a busy day out sightseeing. The atmosphere among the staff and guests on the roof-top is very nice, thus making it easy to meet fellow travellers. I stayed in a private room, which was well equipped and relatively spacious.

Walkable to the Taj Mahal, but not much else around except tourist shops. The rooftop is awesome and the restaurant food was great.

1 bathroom for 8 beds is pushing it. Especially when the sink, toilet and shower all go out of commission anytime someone needs 1 of the 3. I was not able to use the bathroom in my room for hours at a time due to being in a room with 7 girls. The only other bathroom was a toilet on the roof.

The location was excellent (very close to the Taj Mahal) but the best thing about my stay was the friendly, helpful staff. I was provided with advice and information about all things Agra and ended up visiting places I wouldn’t have known about but for the Hosteller’s staff, Mohan the manager in particular.

Nothing - great for a couple of days looking around Agra.

We were six people in two rooms. We all enjoyed our stay. Reception was very helpful and booked us a guide for Taj Mahal at a very nice price. Rooms looks nice and beds were comfortable. Clean! Also the cafe upstairs was cozy and the staff were welcoming.

Our room could have had better soundproofing. And we had a window to the hallway, and not outside 😂

Perfect Hostel, value for money 100%. The roof top has a panorama and even view on Taj. Walking distance away from the Taj Mahal. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Definitely a gem if you are in Agra stay there for sure. Staff even cut me my own fruits 11/10

Everything was great

It has been an amazing stay at the hosteller Agra. I stayed there at very first time. Because someone used to work in hosteller. The mattress was not as comfortable as I expected. It was little harder. But yes their bathroom and dormeties were superb clean. I appreciate that. And curtains on the bed additionally privacy.

The Staff are friendly helpful and go extra mile for guests. Near the Taj Mahal is actually a advantage for the guests... Room is spacious ,large lockers for guests and roof top cafe is a place where u can enjoy food

Cons... 1. I would like more hygiene that's the only one reason

The room rate was quite reasonable for the quality provided. The rooftop view was stunning and the staff were exceptional, going the extra mile to enhance our stay - even helping to procure medicine when needed. Their friendliness and eagerness to assist were noteworthy.

Our only suggestion would be to manage the volume of events such as rooftop weddings. The music was excessively loud and carried on late into the night, making it feel as if the festivities were right in our room. A slight volume reduction or prior notification to guests would be appreciated.

Perfect location for a visit to Taj Mahal! Female 4-person dorm was clean and comfortable and the AC was great. Staff was helpful and flexible and food was timely and delicious. Great view from the rooftop!

I got many emails that I needed to pay prior or I'd lose my spot but they wouldn't take credit cards so I had to pay in person. It worked out. They also have you check in online, which includes taking pix of your visa and passport, then they also take a copy and fill out the book as well.
