The location of the hotel is wonderful. It is located right on the santhome high road so no problem regarding finding the place. As it is in the santhome area so no metro available but the position is right beside the high road so one can get bus,auto or car immediately. Santhome church and Marina beach both are in walking distance. Also kfc and palmshore restaurant are very near and serve great food. Room was clean and all bed sheet and blankets were fresh and clean. The bathroom was really clean and properly maintained.

The rooms were a little small for the money. Also the hotel itself doesn't prepare any food. If you order food they will get it from local food places after receiving the money. Also it would have been more helpful if they were a little more flexible with check out.

Breakfast and location was great.

Wifi was bad, they gave me the corner room and for my two day stay I struggled to get the wifi signal

The staff were very helpful. We had problems with the TV channels and were moved to another room. Breakfast was nice and varied.

I had seen a lot of people complaint about how this place was difficult to find on Google Review. I can assure you that that is not the case from what I experienced. The google map location is perfect, and the property is right on the corner with 2 gates to go in from. It has Colors Apt Logo and Fab Hotel banner on the gate which is hard to miss unless you are going there at 2 AM. Coming to the rooms and staff- the room was very pleasant to stay in. Compared to the Fab PAS property, this one was very clean and had proper AC + ventilation. The bed frame was a little squeaky but the mattress was soft and comfortable. The staff was very courteous a understood English and a little Hindi too. Make sure to prebook and prepay (at least some about on this property) to avoid the room getting cancelled coz if you don't pay the small booking amount, they do get cancelled due to the extremely high volume of people booking this place. The breakfast was okay. There is no bar or restaurant or pool here. So do not expect anything like that here. You do get cabs and other things nearby. The end of the Marina beach is 7 minute walk from this place. Even though I do not recommend going there from the hotel as this part of the beach is full of trash and unhygienic, I would recommend just going there for a morning walk to see the sunrise. It is a fun experience. I would definitely recommend this to others and will stay here again next year.

This place needs to have a Bar or restaurant to eat. Add one if you can. This will help get more people to stay at your place and rather than going to far places, they will prefer to stay inhouse. So please start a bar and restaurant if possible.

Clean room and helpful staff. Room had AC and fan, and bathroom was clean too.

It’s a bit hard to find. You need to enter the building and go to the first floor to find the reception.

Room was spacious and clean; easy access to drinking water; refreshments; staff were courteous and helped in carrying my luggage up - since there was no lift. Good location.

Some basic amenities could be included in room like tea /coffe maker . With the heat a common fridge would be useful .

It is located near the Marina beach, can walk and enjoy some seafood, fresh sea winds in the evening along the long beach.
