The lady owner was extremely friendly with a good sense of humour. She also organised taxis and a ticket to the Kathakali show. The cleanliness and housekeeping was wonderful. The location is perfect just set back from the beach with a front and back entrance for when you want to avoid the tuk tuk drivers. We loved just walking and seeing ordinary life for ourselves.

The breakfast of fruit, omelette and toast or dosa was just enough for me. It could be improved by making black tea in a teapot so that we could have more than one cup, and getting some small jugs for milk to put into the tea. Then it would be perfect.

The place is clean the beds are comfortable. And the location is perfect. Scrambled eggs where very good for breakfast, as nobody showed or communicated a breakfast menue I ate what I got. Communication all together is poor.

Anything like taking away the full ashtray and cleaning my balcony from leftovers from the previous people, Toiletpaper mosquito blog wifi I had to ask several times until I finally got it. The excuse was that they got new staff. Nobody had time or intrest to give me advice where to go...which direction to walk or anything else. Very dissapointing as usually I felt everywhere in India very welcome and taken care off.

We loved Fortkochi Beach Inn the location great enabling you to easily explore the sites of Fort Kochi. The rooms are a good size and have western style ensuites with great wifi and streaming tv access. Fortkochi Beach Inns restaurant- Coriander is a pure veg restaurant offering a range of fresh, local delicacies that are extremely pleasing to the pallet. The staff are wonderful and ensure you have the most memorable stay by checking in and proving assistance to any service or question you may have. We look forward to our next visit!

The location was amazing so close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and bars. The breakfast was freshly made to order and plentiful. The room and balcony area were a good size and at the back of the hotel which was very peaceful. The lady on the reception desk was so helpful going out of her way to arrange all our day trips for the short time we were staying. Overall a great experience, great value for money and would highly recommend a stay here and would certainly revisit.

Great location, great price and wonderful hospitality. The rooms were clean with clean sheets and a hot shower! We were close to the beach and able to walk to all the major sights. Annie and Rakesh were professional, kind and prompt with any request we had. They were also flexible with letting us drop our bags off early. The breakfast was included, tasty and the fresh fruit was delish as well! Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

All was good. The weather was a bit hot, but the air conditioning at the hotel was refreshing!

It's our first time in India. We had a taxi driver waiting for us at the airport (all organized by the hotel).He showed us some things all the way to the accommodation. Very friendly and professional! The accommodation was really tidy and organized. The ladies at the front desk (Anni and Preti, I can't spell their name correctly, sorry) were super friendly, helpful and organized few things to us, like taxis, restaurant, sightseeing tour with tuktuk. I totally recommend that tour! We never expected so many things to see in one town! It was fantastic!Our driver was amazing! 10 out of 10! Just take some cash and credit card with you. The shopping is outstanding! The room was great with a very comfortable bed. Aircon and fan. Refill bottle of water (no plastic). Toilet included toiletries and towel. All very clean! We felt so welcomed! There's a very nice vegetarian restaurant at the hotel, and the beach, local restaurants and beach market are only a few steps away. I super recommend this hotel!

I never like when we leave.

Hotel in a great location in Forta Cocci. We were a family with 3 children (6-11). The staff was courteous and helpful and helped us organize a paid transfer from the airport. We took 2 adjoining but not connecting rooms. There is a good and tasty breakfast in a restaurant next to the hotel. The dedicated staff made sure the room was clean every time and ensured a pleasant stay.

Our stay here for two days was the perfect start to our tour of Kerala. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Towels and extra toilet roll provided when asked for. The vegetarian restaurant at the front of the building serves excellent food and we enjoyed our breakfast of fruit, omelette and toast - Dosa and curry was an option of preferred. Anne is a great host, she took time to explain the area, gave us good recommendations and helped us when we had a query with some shopping.

The staff at the hotel are very helpful, Ann gave me tips and information for the local area, and arranged an airport pick up and a very good driver for my next destination. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel is located in a perfect quiet place, 2 mins from the beach, and a few mins walk to the main streets of Fort Kochi. There is a great restaurant attached serving a good breakfast and delicious food at other times of the day.

Great property, very cozy, kept clean and maintained very well. The staff is very supportive and humble and has great hospitality. All the places are nearby to visit from the location. Definitely recommend.

The balcony should have been kept cleaner as it's a great place to chill out. Other than that all great.
