I like the room and the facilities.

The swimmingpool is very small there are no laybeds.We went next day to the grand mercury same price but much nicer and comfortable then rooper elite.Its a better hotel.

Great hotel to stay around Gokulam. The check in experience was fantastic. I didn't have food there, so I can't say anything about it. The size of the shower area was a bit too small. The bathroom in my room could be renovated. One of the wall tiles must have broken and they just put some plaster instead of replacing. It gives a weird vibe to leave it this way. Hopefully they'll fix it soon! I'll definitely go back there!

The reservation said it was a high floor room. The hotel has 4 floors in addition to the ground floor. My room was on the 2nd floor. Hardly a high floor room.

+ super clean + nice design rooms + perfect breakfast (big choice - european and indian food) + Good rooftop restaurant, with tables outside, nice to sit in the evening on fresh air + not busy street (no noise in the room during the night) + hot water all day without problems I decided to stay one night more.

- On my phone WIFI did not work properly, connection was falling all the time. I used mobile data during all my stay. (Staff tryied to fix it various times without proper result. My phone is iPhone with european SIM Card, maybe this was the problem).

The food at their restaurant is very good. There's a particular waiter called Rahul (and he didn't tell me to write this BTW), who's particularly helpful in giving suggestions. I ordered chicken tikka with roti which was awesome! Would highly recommend that! Other food was good too. In breakfast we had only 1 non-veg but considering the price it's still very good! The wifi was great! The accomodation was beautiful and we had a pleasant stay. The shower was good. The AC was functional. The receptionist was a true gentleman! Right from the start he allowed me to sit for sometime before the checkin (for my office work). He even prepared the room a little early for me in order to help me out. I think his helpfulness and courteousness deserves praise! When I was leaving one of the staff members checked the room and found an item I had forgotten. Would love to come here again because of the excellent staff, exceptional receptionist, excellent food and a beautiful room!

Nothing. I do wish they had a gym as well. The swimming pool was somewhat small. But these things didn't matter much to me. The dinner ambience was very good and memorable for us.

Nice modern hotel, in a good district. Large room. I upgraded to a balcony room on arrival. Food ordering was over complicated with QR scans. Food on the whole quite good. Staff were very good, polite and helpful.

Building work continues next door. Our room was below the restaurant, the staff were constantly dragging the tables around above us, creating quite a lot of noise.

Nice Location within center of city , Nice large spread breakfast , the big super market right opposite , Good Ambient locality , the Swimming Pool (Though small , it serves a good purpose , !) Comfortable large bed with a Sofa beneath , Roof top Terrace for Dinner with a city view - , Nice neat bathroom . Worth about 90 percent of the charges. Like to come again

1) The Shower Water leaked out of the bath closet glass , that ran over the Toilet Basin and was basin area and made wet . This need to be repaired. 2) The Fridge did not work , we cannot keep the beverages chill. On Enquiring at the reception , they dint repair , but told some convincing reply. Not happy with the Dysfunctional Fridge. 3) The nearby building Construction gave us annoying noise of machines , during the day time - 8 AM till 5 PM. Not a good feel .

We arrived very early in the morning to Roopa Elite; long before check-in time and were extremely tired after a long night bus trip. Then the staff took care for us and gave everything to prepare a room as early as possible. When we sank in the comfortable bed , this really was like an Easter present to us. When we think about that day, we are still thankful for saving it! :)

From the moment we arrived everything was wonderful. The room with a balcony was large and comfortable and clean. The staff in the restaurant were pleasant and the breakfast was different every day, plentiful and tasty. When we used the restaurant at night the service was very professional and again the food was tasty and large servings. The pool was refreshing and clean. A complimentary fruit basket was a nice touch and was appreciated.

Nothing to dislike.

Lovely hotel. Welcome drink on arrival. Mainly good service with a pool and restaurant. Our room was great, comfy bed, nice bathroom and balcony, but no view other than a construction site. Small shop selling local silk was lovely.

You can hear people clearly in the corridor, so not good for light sleepers. The room service was very slow - not sure why, as hotel did not appear busy the day we ordered.

The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The swimming pool was a little small but still very nice at the end of a day. The restaurant served good food in a nice atmosphere on the fourth floor. The neighbourhood is also nice, not too busy with enough eateries, coffeeshops and less than 50 yards away a good supermarket.
