Best decision I made to stay there. I bought a SIM card at airport , ordered a grab taxi (pre loaded app) and went straight to hotel. Cost 153,000. Walk left and straight ahead at airport. People in green shirts (grab) will help you. I’m a grab fan. Safe, easy , reliable and cheap. We had a little trouble getting to hotel in the maze of the area, with a street blocked, but grab doesn’t charge you for time. I think I was only person staying at hotel. Light blue and white interior was pretty. It was refreshing. I walked to ferry place to see how far it was for next morning. Literally only 3 min walk to the right of hotel. Money changer and mini mart across from it. I didn’t need dinner, so I’m not sure about restaurants near by. Didn’t see any around hotel. But wasn’t looking for one. Got beer and nuts for my room. No need to be too early to ferry, considering how close you are. I would do that again any day, rather than stressing, staying further away from port. I could have got the afternoon ferry, but reviews said not to risk it. I did the visa online and had no check in luggage, just carry on, so I breezed through. I caught up on sleep to pass time. Good wifi. 2 small bottles of water in room. No fridge. No tv. No shower curtain, which I prefer, to avoid a mouldy one, which can happen in budget hotels. Rooms were newly renovated, to almost the Greek island feel. Loved it. Had my beer in the pool and thought I was a holiday queen , with place to myself. Shower has awesome hot water too! Soothe muscles after long flight!

No complaints from me. Tv would have topped it. The wires and wall mounts are there, which was a tease. Maybe do your research on restaurants prior or top up on food before leaving airport.

It is great value for money. We slept in comfortable beds and had a lovely hot shower and it is only a few minutes walk from the port. There is also a shared balcony area with a stunning view of the Harbour.

I would just like to say to the entitled tourists out there that you should adjust your expectations to the cost -- it's obviously not a five star accommodation - but for the price we paid we were happy that we got a comfortable night's rest and a hot shower.

Location close to ferry terminal. It's a local neighbourhood, not touristy, good local food. Nice view from room overlooking harbour/ocean. Nice little pool.

Room is pretty basic. Food offered for breakfast very basic but there's a good alternative nearby. Air conditioner was pretty noisy.

This hotel was perfect as we needed an overnight stay close to the harbour so we could make our way to the Gili Islands. Online reviews & descriptions were accurate in terms of cleanliness & location which really helped. We were able to walk to the harbour with our luggage without a problem. We arrived late at night & hotel staff were on hand to give us a warm welcome & help us get settled in.

It was a lovely stay before our early boat ride. Very clean and the hotel looked nice. The staff were friendly and the room was spacious.

It was great to stay one night to catch the ferry but due to the location (working ferry and boat port) we would not want to stay longer.

Excellent 1 night stopover and walking distance to the ferry to go to Gili Air. Basic hotel but has what we needed for 1 night.

Guaranteed by credit card but property only took cash from n arrival.

Excellent location in Serangan.Cold air con, comfortable beds, clean, great staff, easy walking distance to many Warungs,harbour jetty.

This is an affordable and clean room for the night before heading over to the Gili Islands.

Great location to catch the BlueWater express boat to head to our next location, walking distance to a few great restaurants and the sea turtle sanctuary

Awesome place to stayed in, it’s wonderful experience to see sunset with landmark view. Everything there is brand new such as bedsheets, towel and etc. Super clean, really fortunate found this lodge.
