The staff were so lovely and so happy all the time. Villa was always clean and tidy. Great pool. Lovely breakfasts too. We liked the location too, only 5-10 minutes walk to most beaches on the island. No noise at night. Restaurants/warungs at our doorstep. We would most certainly come back 😊

Pillows way to firm. No kettle in room but staff more than happy to make tea or coffee and bring to villa. No safes in rooms but staff did bring one to our room.

Small, boutique style accommodation, clean, comfortable, private, staff were fantastic, location was perfect, removed from the main tourist areas and close to the beach, lots of restaurants. Central location allowed us to walk everywhere with no problems. Breakfast was delicious, highly recommend you try the banana pancakes and also the omelette. Far enough from the mosque that you almost don’t hear the call to prayer. Light sleepers may hear it but only just. Staff are very helpful, ask them, nothing is too hard or too much trouble.

There’s nothing to not like. Maybe the water pressure is variable and the shower might be solar so having a hot shower isn’t 100% certain but also not an issue because it’s so warm and the open air shower is just lovely.

Reasonably new built villas and foyer/dining area and well maintained. Nice big clean swimming pool with pool lounges, umbrellas in good location in the middle of the property for all day sun. Villas nice with outdoor bathrooms which we liked. The staff were very helpful and attended to any requests . Breakfast was included in our stay which was simple but nice (choice of yogurt fruit platter, pancakes, eggs any way, filtered coffee free all day).

Only a small thing but the pool towels were very light material so they got wet with one swim, although the staff were happy to replace anytime on request. May be for sustainability in mind.

We loved our stay here! Very kind and nice vibe. The stuff was very friendly, warm-hearted and attentive. Great bungalows with comfy bed. They really maintain everything well and put nice flowers as a decoration. Pool was super clean. Breakfast made with love. People passing by often said „wow“ when they took a look inside - very accurate. It was very quiet even it was fully booked. Also the part of the island where Gili Air Escape is located is more quiet and not so busy. They rent out bikes and as the island is small, anything is reachable easily. We‘ll come back for sure.

A gorgeous place to stay in beautiful Gili Air! Good communication and advice about the island before my stay. My room was lovely. Tastefully decorated, spacious and very clean. Great to have a fridge and even a little freezer! Clean drinking water provided. Shower was very nice. Only saw one tiny gecko at one point so not a major issue at all if this concerns you! The pool was gorgeous and the water temperature was perfect. The area around the pool was kept very clean and the loungers were very comfortable. Staff were always there and ready to help. Such a friendly and happy bunch!

The bikes which you can rent are not in the best condition and don’t have lights which you need in the dark. I loved my room as it was right by the pool/loungers which was very handy but if you’re a light sleeper I would not recommend that particular room as the noise from the restaurant across the road can be heard quite clearly late into the night.

Good breakfast choice, lovely big room with good air conditioning, comfortable bed. Very friendly staff, always greeted warmly. Coffee and tea available all day. Bike hire available for 50k pp per day was very handy, some good restaurants within a few minutes walk. Beautiful little place, so intimate with only 6 cabins kept it quiet and relaxed.

WiFi was a bit patchy in our room, but worked fine in the breakfast area and by the pool.

Property was fantastic, the staff are super helpful and so polite and smiley! Can’t do enough for you! Location is perfect too, lots of places to eat, supermarkets, massage etc so close. Beach is around 5 minute walk away also and they even have bikes that you can rent very cheaply at the villas! Had the best time and would definitely go back! Massive thanks to all the guys running the villas.. you were the best!!

Staff is super friendly but still give you privacy, great assistance and service. Rooms and bathroom are big, enough space for everything. WiFi works well. The place is charming, cozy, not too big and quiet. You get kopi tubruk flatrate, thumbs up

Bed is extremely soft and loud, and the AC seems hasn’t been serviced for a while or lac of frion. Over all overpriced. But seems, that you can ask for this prices nowadays on the Gilis. :-)

Excellent accommodation! We spent 3 weeks on the islands and this was one of our favourite places. Quiet (like most of Gili Air) and beautiful pool area. 2 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins to walk to the sunset restaurants.

The upstairs bedrooms are great if you’re young and fit. A great space but not for young children or older adults. This is nothing to complain about - I loved it!

The bungalows are spacious, delicately designed and decorated. The outdoor bathroom doesn’t interfere with the air conditioning inside the room so the temperature in the room is always pleasant. Very clean and well maintained. This boutique hotel is a perfect place for couples and friends who want a peaceful stay in Gili Air. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.
