This location was amazing. The rooms was enough bigger with dressing room separate and bathroom in plain air. Very clean rooms with large bad and fresh water in the fridge everyday. All complementary things was free of charge and they always refill if something was consumed. The room was very quit and next to the swimming pool in middle of green and well maintained garden. They have gym room well equipped to perform your exercise. The breakfast was very tasteful and bigger with fresh juice and fresh exotic fruits. The staff was very nice and helpful and they was always happy to help us, never complain. The corals with lot of fishes and tortoises are in front of the resort just 50m away from the beach in the water, we enjoy a lot and we swim together with the tortoise. I warmly recommend this location as everything was amazing. Thank you Kaluku Resort for our good time spend there!

The place is on the East of the island which is good place for swimming, snorkeling and sunrise. We booked the seaview bangalow which to be honest it was facing the sea but you couldn't really see the sea from the room's porch. You could also rent a bike, snorkeling tour and fast boat tkt with the Hotel.

Unfortunately my husband during our second night was attacked by bed bugs and we had to go to the clinic, and the staff really acted normal about it. We would have expected something as an apology but nothing.

The resort is on Turtle Beach on the east side of the island. The sunrise over Mt Rinjani from this beach is spectacular. Breakfast is served at the tables on the beach with a choice of mains, plus pancakes and fruit salad or juice to set you up for sun bathing on the loungers under the parasols. The sea is clear, blue and shallow for a long way out although it is mainly coral underfoot so you'll need your rubber sandals There is a great selection of bars and restaurants close by. We liked Pituq vegan restaurant which is 2 min away. A 20 min walk round to the west side of the island, and you can see the sunset over Gill Meno and Gili T with a drink at one of the many beach bars.The resort had a laundry service. The staff are all very polite and helpful. We didn't use the pool or gym, but both looked really good. We extended our stay by 5 nights as we liked it so much! You can walk around the island in an hour. We think Gili Air is a special place 😁

We had a bungalow at the front of the resort, and there are 4 in total. They don't have any soundproofing. So you can get woken early by the call to prayer, dawn chorus & if you don't have considerate neighbours, you can hear their TV or children crying. In our opinion, the bungalows should not have a TV, but they do so just beware. The bathroom toilet could do with a better clean. Very little storage space for clothes.

Excellent location, right in front of a beautiful snorkelling spot!! We saw turtles every day! The staff are very friendly, extremely helpful, and really go out of their way to fulfill every wish! The service is truly exceptional. For example, an extra mattress was brought into the room for our son. Upon our request, they even installed a mosquito net for him – despite the limited space and challenging room layout. Truly, many thanks again! We also received great support with further travel planning

The only thing that could be improved is that there are hardly any power outlets and they are very hidden as well as the light switches. Additionally, the bungalow could use some renovation, for example the broken wardrobe and mirror

Loved this beautiful little gem in a quiet location. The hotel is away from the mosque call to prayer, so i slept very well for my short stay. Rooms are clean and modern, Beds are comfy, AC is good, pool is clean and inviting. Beach is right there in front of the hotel. Great snorkel and calm waters. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. I had a free pick up and drop off from the port! Thank you guys for taking care of me, loved your hotel and especially the hospitality.

Breakfast was good except the eggs (whichever way) were always overcooked!

The staff made us feel like a royal family visiting the island. We felt very well taken care of. Excellent and generous breakfast with a cascade of fresh fruits. They even helped us with the luggage to the harbour with no extra cost. Always smiling and helpful. Marvellous sunrise above the mountains on Lombok at 6 am. Worth waking up for!

The location is amazing and the facilities considering the price range. There was a mini fridge, a TV, complimentary drinks and snacks, a nice pool and it is one minute from the sea.

- The bathroom is in the back of the room and technically outside. Meaning that every time it is raining and you want to use it, you get wet. - It would be nice to have another layer of curtains because the current one are blocking all the light, and if you keep them open there is no privacy since all rooms are in front of the main walking alley. - the room was sparkling clean except the mini fridge which was super dirty.

We had a poolside room which was convenient. Not many people used the pool but it has fresh water, unlike a pool we went to on Gili Menu. There is also some shading on the pool which I appreciated. Nice to have breakfast on the beach.

Did not like the high price for transport from the pier to the hotel and back. We noticed that people who arranged a boat transfer via the hotel were dropped off and picked up from the beach right outside. Had one unwelcome visitor during the first night, a cockroach, but we did not see any more after this.

The location was great as it was right on the beach where you can snorkel 🤿 and see the most beautiful coral and sea life. The rain shower in the bathroom was perfect! We all raved about it and the water was so clean. The bed were super comfortable and loved the makeup room too. Also the staff were amazing.

There was no proper espresso machine at the resort so we had to go next door.

My favorite place on Gili Air. I have stayed here multiple times and each time the service and amenities outdo themselves. The staff is always available to assist in any matter, breakfast with a view is fantastic and the rooms and pool are quiet and clean.
