I didn't like the fact that people took my helmet or the communication part of it

The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the start with a refreshing drink and cool towel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. As we had an early morning hike planned, the team thoughtfully prepared a breakfast box for us, which was a very much appreciated gesture

One minor drawback is that the hotel does not provide an iron, which can be inconvenient for longer stays. Additionally, the traffic in Ubud can be quite heavy both day and night, so it’s worth planning extra time for travel

The suits are the best rooms, away from noise, the room is big, the bed and pillows are comfy, the staff is amazing. We stayed here several times and came back 3 times in one month. The breakfast was good, we loved the smoothie bowls, the coconut water in the morning. It is away from the busy center of Ubud in a quiet location. We also stayed in a normal room, ground floor and superior. The superior is a bit loud, you can hear ducks, roosters and motorbikes from the main road, also the rooms need a bit of renovation. The pool is nice, they have a shuttle to the Ubud center (runs twice a day). You get water bottles daily. The staff is so friendly and helpful, it made us feel very cozy.

We stayed at 4 different hotels in different region across Bali. This is the best out of 4, a hidden gem 1) Totally peaceful despite being in the centre of Ubud 2) Room is clean and very spacious 3) Furniture is a bit outdated but still comfortable 4) Enjoyed the pool also

1) Breakfast is a big let down. The portion is very small and needs to share the sides !!!!

I really liked the pool area and just general feel of bali, the lovely views over nature. Its close to TT Batu if thats your thing, and under 10mins to yoga barn. The scooters on site are very high quality. From the pre-reading, I had low expectations for breakfast, but I thought the breakfast options were actually really nice and they were yummy, from smoothie bowls, to the big classic american breakfast, to avocado smash. The smoothie bowls can also be taken back to your room, put in the freezer and make a nice ice cream! I was really nicely surprised.

I liked the hospitality and kindness of the workers, the view and the environment was another level, if you like to see the nature when you wake up this the the perfect place

There was some lizard 🦎 but they are harmless and like to stick on the up wall mostly in the pool and restaurant area,,, another thing i was waiting for buffet breakfast but it was set menu but it was nice

The swimming pool was beautiful and it was quiet.

The breakfast could be better, not very various. The restaurant had few dishes for the rest of the day, not for our taste. The towels from the bathroom had a smell of air humidity.

The rooms were lovely and the pool area was very nice. They offer a shuttle service to Ubud central which is very handy although I didn't actually use it because the timings did not fit in with my plans. Staff werr very friendly and helpful..

Bathrooms were a little old and maybe need a little upgrade

Everything was great apart from bathrooms. Need to renovate the bathroom they are too old. Rest everything is perfect.

Nice rooms, great pool, friendly staff, shuttle service to central Ubuc

Not really a "didn't like", but traffic along the road to central Ubud can be very busy and it can take a while to get back to the hotel (if you walk or taxi).
