Came to this resort with my young child, the staff have all been excellent from beginning to end, nothing is too much trouble for them. Special shout out to the front reception team, Resfifi, Bobi & Wina, who always had a friendly face and asked us about our day. Breakfast was a good a la carte with many options. We also ate dinner every night at the hotel and had many different meals from Indonesian to western. We stayed in the deluxe room and it was fabulous, very spacious, nice places to sit that wasn’t just the bed, great view into the restaurant and garden area. AC worked very well. WiFi great. The pool area was small but perfect, they have a kids pool and an adults pool, adults pool quite deep, I am 5ft 5 and I was tip-toeing but great for swimming. Pool bar had a stag member there so you could order drinks and food, nice clean sun beds. Very very well maintained hotel, would 100% recommended and would come back again. Only 15 mins into town so lovely to be in a quiet area.

I don't know how to describe how happy we are, its beyond our expectation. The service is TOP, can't expect more than what we received. Staff very helpful, extremely friendly, room are bigger than normal size. One night, we back to hotel a bit late after 9pm, and my family want to have a little swim. The staff told us swimming pool have closed, but they were trying to help us by letting us swam, not only that, they also preparing the pool just for us including towels. What amazing service!! Will stay there again for sure.

Staff were amazing, beautiful pool area and the spa facilities were excellent. We loved the quiet location and small, family feel to the resort. Excellent value for money as well.

As it is an older property there was a bit of a damp smell in our rooms, however this didn’t detract from our enjoyment of the stay.

First of all - PERSONNEL. From the capital letter. They are brilliant! Unfortunately, I can't list all of them, but who I remember, they are here (pardon, if there were wrong spelling): Kumala, Mahendr, Ami, Mouita, Febri, Koming, Hear,,, and other, who made our stay in the hotel just like happiness! Thank a lot to All!

For my family, the location was ideal. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the restaurants and shops of Ubud, but feels quiet, and removed from the hustle and bustle. I especially enjoyed walking in the opposite direction from the center of town, towards a smaller village and several restaurants. Rhada Phala provided a respite from the overly touristy main streets of Ubud. The "welcome drink" was also unique and refreshing--they gave me the recipe! Half the staff was very attentive and kind.

The two lowlights were the buffet breakfast--several of the dishes appeared to be reincarnations of the previous evening's leftovers. I would have been happier with less food variety, and higher quality. Also, while half the staff was wonderful, the breakfast staff often seemed bothered when we asked for a refresh of coffee or tea.

The staff always greeted us with a friendly smile and nothing was too much trouble. They helped us to book transfers and tours. The pool area was wasn't huge, but had a beautiful outlook and was very relaxing and there was enough space for everyone. The onsite spa was also beautiful and relaxing and the treatment was wonderful. The hotel is about a 30min walk from Ubud, however there is a shuttle service to and from Ubud and most tours pick you up from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at Radha Phala Resort & Spa and would recommend it to friends and family!

Amazing hotel with beautiful views to the garden and nice swimming pool! The Balinese garden is exceptionally beautiful surrounded by stunning palm trees! Staff is very welcoming, friendly, cooperative and helpful! They happily accommodated us with all needs!:)

Excellent breakfast, staff was great, place was clean and hygienic, easily accommodated the diet requests. The surroundings were wonderful, right in the middle of nature.

A bit far away from the central Ubud, but I can easily get a GoZek for less than 5 AUD.

Staff were lovely, a la carte breakfast was good and size was appropriate, loved pool area, facilities are well maintained. Felt home away home ❤️ The more you tip, the better the service. We did not tip where there was room for improvement.

The service was really good! Novita and Ganing at the front desk were great. Additionally the restaurant staff were really responsive. The location is really good. Off the main Ubud Road. The street is quiet but has some nice restaurants and makes for a good evening stroll.
