I left my other accommodation because I love this place so much. It is so relaxing and the staff are wonderful and will go above and beyond to help you. Have a chat with them, get to know the locals. The room is everything you could want - clean, spacious, yes of course there is a tv (go outside and look around instead), kettle etc. the restaurant makes beautiful Indonesian food and, if it’s your thing - Curries and pizzas. Off the beaten track with trickling water, massage and a nice size pool, this place is my absolute favourite place to be in Ubud. You’ll appreciate the silent walk back to your accomodation with little street lighting to really feel like this place is your place.

I don’t have anything bad to say about this place for me, however, please be mindful that staff are busy doing things and have breaks for food and rest like us all so if there is no one at the front desk, just call out, pop your head in to the restaurant, or give them a call - they will come. I mention this because I often see reviews about places complaining of the lack of staff - trade instant results for peaceful flexibility, you will be happier for it.

Property is great, great location on a quiet end of Ubud, but very central. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies and the busiest street with all the good restaurants and shops. Close to a few temples and the Monkey Forest. You can literally just walk anywhere if you not comfortable riding a bike. Room was massive with good shower and all the personal stuff provided. They got their own restaurant and the pool area is very pleasant. Very friendly and helpful staff. They also got room service . It’s a 10 out of 10 for me.

Nothing, everything was good. The wifi played up a little bit sometimes but no major concern at all.

I stayed both floor for 4days and upper floor is absolutely better than ground room. The room condition, terrace view, humidity are all better with reasonable cost. All workers are great. They tried to respond all request quickly and correctly in advance. Front desk manager, Drivers, They are so kind for all stay days. I highly recommend to stay here in Ubud. 🩷

Refrigerator is not working at all.. 🥹

The staff are the highlight of our stay here! They were so friendly, genuinely interested in us as guests and really helpful with local recommendations and activities to do. It was refreshing to have a pool and they have a decent restaurant on site so on nights we didn’t fancy eating out we could just order to the room or eat in the restaurant. The room was spacious and relatively clean and I appreciated having a tv in the room albeit it only had one English speaking channel that replayed the same shows each day with the odd new show or movie added. Bedding, towels and toiletries were changed everyday. The location is great for being in the centre of Ubud with some shops and restaurants a 10-15 minute drive away. However, if you’re looking to visit the rice fields and some areas further north it’s about 45mins drive away. However, grabs are so cheap so not a complaint.

Compared to other accommodation I have stayed at in Bali, I felt this property was a little bit more run down. On entering our room there was mould on the ceiling and was infested with ants and we even had a gecko visit our room! We didn’t really mind this as we understand that the location is basically in the middle of the jungle so it was to be expected but just something to note about the insects. I will say the pool could have been cleaner as well. We still swam in it and enjoyed it but there was some built up mould around the edges. I will note that some of the sun loungers were old and some broken, with very limited selection they could be doing with an upgrade. The restaurant does the job and is cheaper than other places in the area but there are nicer places to eat out.

The villa is so peaceful. It is tucked away in a little street and so beautiful inside. The pool is so amazing, and you feel like u in a jungle. Our transport found and drop us off very easily, the villa is close to everything up the streets and the bank. The rooms were simple and clean, I found the bed and pillow comfortable, there's AC and always bottled water available. The Wifi works amazing, the TV had Netflix and the staff were super friendly. We were right by the pool and the breakfast and food was simple but delicious.

The portions of breakfast may seem a bit small for some people. Other than that I can't complain it was a perfect ending for ubud.

Couldn’t fault this hotel. Super clean spacious room with plenty of space to hang clothes and store bags etc. Free bottled water & tea, coffee and fridge to keep drinks cool. Beautiful large bathroom which is all open plan to outside, hot water, powerful shower and free toiletries. Super welcoming friendly staff who cleaned our room and gave fresh towels each day without even asking. Lovely pool with comfy loungers around the edge to chill in the sun. Really good value for money especially as it includes breakfast and the breakfast is really tasty - we loved the banana pancakes !

Only very minor issue is the wifi didn’t really work

Roomer service was fast and the food was delicious. The staff were SO nice also!!

The stay was perfect, I stayed for about 5 weeks. The pool area is beautiful, rooms are comfortable and clean. And the staff made me feel like I was at home, they were very friendly and helpful with all of my requests. They even changed the curtains in the room when I mentioned. It is just outside of town, which means it’s very quiet and there are no chickens or roosters making sound, which I was very thankful for, I could get a full night of sleep without a problem. I will be back :-) Thank you!
