Location is great! Close to warungs/restaurants/coffee shops/gym/laundry The place is quiet even though it's next to the road. Cute patio with the swimming pool. Lot of shade during the day for those who doesn't want to burn. Employees are really nice and helpful. Speak very good English and have great recommendations. Helped me rent a scooter for a really good price (waaaaaaaay cheaper than other bike shops : Basuki you are the best)

This place is awesome! The location is perfect for exploring Ubud, not too far from the main attractions but still quiet and relaxing. The staff here are so warm and friendly, and they really make you feel at home. The price is also super reasonable for all the comfort and great service you get!

This wasn't the fault of the hotel, but the noise from other guests throughout the night combined the extreme traffic nearby made sleeping difficult. There are 'rules' that guests are expected to follow, such as not slamming doors and speaking loudly after 11pm, but this wasn't enforced.
