Beautiful home that can cater to a big group of people. Great size rooms with very comfortable beds and the pool is amazing! Location is good, easily accessible for our gojek drivers. Staff are very friendly and efficient with cleaning. For the price we paid, it was well worth it. Will definitely book again.

1 air con wasn't working upstairs. The cleaners were fast to work on it but it still wasnt fixed. Minor problem considering all the other rooms air cons were ice cold, so we would hang in there. Other than that, exceptional!

Beautiful pool and outdoor area. Great for a relaxing holiday. Staff met us for a very late check-in. Good communication prior to and during the stay. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming.

Linen could use some updating and refreshing as some of it seemed a little worn, and we needed a replacement as some had stains. But staff were helpful in providing more to us when requested.

Huge villa, would easily accommodate 5 couples with some children. Quiet location, great staff. The pool was great and outdoor area very well maintained.

Not all of the showerheads worked properly. Was clean enough but had a slightly neglected feel in the bathrooms- overall we were very happy staying there but just don't expect 5 star luxury bathrooms. Was great value for money though.

Parts of the property are slightly run down/dates, the downstairs bedroom in the main foyer had a damp smell. Not much option for breakfast

The staff were amazing. My friend had an accident and slipped and broke her foot on day 1 and the kindness and support we received from everyone including helping me carry her and helping me get her to hospital and staying with me until she was admitted at 1am is more than I could have asked for. On arrival the kids were all “wooooaaaahhhh” as we pulled in as it is a little piece of paradise that looks like an oasis and it is such a safe spot as well. I’m very thankful and grateful for a lovely few days there in such a stressful time.

The windows and doors of the rooms cannot be closed perfectly, so for example geckos can get into the room.

Amazing villa in ubud, Amazing pool and spacious rooms and facilities. Breakfast was included and was delicious and brought to our room every morning 🌄 would highly recommend and stay again

The only small thing was almost same breakfast everyday but that wasn't bug issue for us 😀
