Yudi and Yanipik were wonderful hosts that went above and beyond to make me feel special on my birthday even though they had no idea before my arrival. They supplied a beautiful flower bouquet and a lovely personalised cake on my return to the villa in the afternoon. The villa was peaceful and in a good location out of the way of the busy centre of Ubud, but not too far to travel into town. Breakfast was wonderfully catered each morning and the hosts were always willing to offer more if needed.

The bed was very hard for my liking and due to humidity the room was very stuffy. The villa itself had all the amenities needed though.

I travel a lot, and this was by far the best place I’ve stayed. We arrived late, and they welcomed us with sandwiches and fresh juice. Breakfast was amazing, with generous portions, and they paid close attention to details—even swapping out the fruits we didn’t eat in the day before for ones we enjoyed. The villa was impeccably clean every single day. The hosts were kind, helpful, and their recommendations were spot-on. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful surprise they prepared for our wedding anniversary—it was thoughtful, unforgettable, and made our trip so special. When we left at 4 AM, they packed us pastries and juice, and the owner helped with our luggage on his scooter. Everything was perfect—thank you for making this such a memorable experience!

I loved this place. We had a private villa for 2. It's very well organized, with a small kitchen area outside, the room with mosquito nets and AC, and a bathroom outside. The bed was comfy, and the pool was amazing, surrounded by plants. Breakfast came every morning, and the owners were so helpful and nice. They helped with renting a scooter, answered questions, and gave us suggestions. I recommend this place, especially for couples :)

The road to the accommodation is a bit of a walk but it's worth it! So, no actual complaint🤭

We had a wonderful five-day stay at this beautiful villa. Erna and Yudi were exceptional hosts—warm, kind, and genuinely caring. From the delicious breakfasts each morning and fresh flowers in the vase to thoughtful activity suggestions and restaurant recommendations, every detail was perfect—starting with the airport pick-up. They truly knew how to make our stay unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you for helping my husband plan my birthday and making it a day I’ll cherish forever.

This is an absolute gem!! Beautiful quiet bungalow, pool great for cooling down, room spacious and bed ridiculously comfy. Spotlessly clean and well looked after - mini bar stocked and everything you might need for snacks in kitchen. Fab choice of breakfast delivered daily - always fresh juice, fruit and lovely little sweet treats. The owners and their team were beyond lovely - so kind and helpful, organising trips to various quieter spots (avoiding lots of the crowds) and very knowledgeable - they speak fabulous English and we learnt so much about Ubud from them. When they learnt it was our silver wedding anniversary they decorated our room with the beautiful flowers from the garden and left a bouquet of roses - a really beautiful touch that reflected their kindness. The bungalow is an easy 20 min walk to Ubud and then about 15 mins more to the palace, although Cafe Vespa, just 5 mins away, serves the most amazing food. The bungalow is on the rice fields walk itself, a lovely quiet route. All in all, a fantastic place to stay out of the craziness of central Ubud, yet with everything within walking distance. Words cannot express how beautiful is the villa and how warm and welcoming is the staff! The everyday breakfasts were absolutely the best ones that we had on our trip to Bali: huge variety of options, big portions, freshly made, TONS OF FRUITS, brought to our villa according to our time preferences. Daily cleaning of the villa and constant possibility to stay in touch with the staff that was ready to help us with anything really. What was extra surprise and totally not expected by us: during our initial contact with the staff I briefly mentioned that we are coming there for our honeymoon. And they remembered that, oh, so well! When we came, a huge bouquet of flowers, beautifully prepared bed and the bathtub both with rose petals were waiting for us. It was so stunning! This place will forever stay in our hearts. Thank you Rumah Dadong for everything! 100/10

Everything was perfect!!

Absolutely stunning villa! Yudi and the staff went above and beyond to give my (now) fiance and I an unforgettable experience. Small touches like flowers in the villa when we arrived, a delicious breakfast, surprising my fiance with a cake and candles for her birthday and organising transfers to and from the accommodation as well as activities and day trips. Yudi also organised us an in-villa massage with only an hour's notice in the late evening. It was a very special experience that we remember very fondly! We will definitely be returning next time we visit Ubud.

Amazing location, property, and hosts (Erna and Yudi). The property was immaculate and beautifully presented - it far exceeded our expectations. Furthermore, the breakfast provided daily was amazing and had everything from fruit to nasi goreng. It was located just outside the ubud centre so was nice and quiet but very close to the town when we wanted to walk (or grab) in. 10/10

I really enjoyed the open living areas / concept. With the exception of the bedroom, none of the other rooms have outside walls. We even left the doors on 2 sides of the bedroom open all night. We felt very safe since it's nestled inside a residential neighborhood. We also loved the personal attention by the owner. He even went so far to drive us to many of the local sights that were way from the beaten path. We had great breakfast served in our room.

Unfortunately the water in the outdoor pool was a bit on the cooler side, mostly due to heavy rainfall.

Conveniently located from ubud, it offers a peaceful quiet spot while still easily navigable to the city centre Erna and all the other staff, Krishna and Karen were excellent and did their best to make sure we had a good time. The villa itself is well setup and has a well maintained pool. Great outdoor bath and shower and great cleanliness and thoughtfulness in all details Erna was always available and made sure we had everything we needed and took great care of us. Overall a great stay!
