The villa is in the middle of breathtaking beautiful nature. We've been so excited to see squirrel, monkeys, lizards, cats near the river and bridge- they are all very friendly don't worry. Room design is delightful and it's in clean condition. Also quiet location. There are good restaurant, shop, money exchange, cafe, motorbike rent all closeby with walking distance from back side of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and I was able to order customized food out from menu.

The aircon in bedrooms were not powerful enough. They were working, but insufficient to cool down the room. The fruit platter in the breakfast doesn't taste sweet or fresh. There are no walls in the yard to protect privacy. Public can see through the villa from walking path. I don't have a problem, but elderly people please be aware of many stairs from reception to room.

We found a good deal which was good value for money. We stayed 5 nights and as Bali is comparatively cheap we did not have any trouble getting Grab taxis or arranging tours to places we wanted to visit. We arrived close to midnight and a pleasant gentleman met us at reception explained everything, handed us our keys and had someone else escort us to our room who also gave us a tour. The one bedroom pool villa has an outdoor kitchen and seating are with a large mineral water dispenser with cold water too. The bedroom was spacious enough with a tv and attached bathroom. I would suggest they need more work surface or somewhere to put suitcases rather than the floor in both the bath room and bedroom. Especially the bathroom. But this is not a problem really. Sleep was comfortable. Room was clean and quite. Its all natural wood and lighting is not a lot so seemed clean enough for me. Pool was a little cold but once your in its amazing. Breakfast is chosen the night before from a set menu and additional cost for more luxury items such as eggs Benedict or waffles... but this is not expensive. Every so often there was loud humming which at first i though was an insect but actually is some kind of motor... this was irritating but maybe a must so i did not question it. I asked for a spa treatment and reception organised a lovely lady to come to our villa and arranged cushioned mattress on the floor for the massage and scrub. she then asked me to shower whilst she cleaned up everything and made me a detox ginger tea. Her name was Wayan and I highly recommend! Spa treatment was easy to arrange and very good price especially in the comfort and privacy of your villa. We were asked every morning if we required housekeeping which was perfect as we didn't need it everyday. Harry Kumong at reception was very helpful when we asked his advise for ATV tours and Private sightseeing tours. We loved the cheap laundry service too! We would love to stay again soon!!! Thank you

Nothing really, for the good price we paid. Maybe Need a little more breakfast variety. Need more work surface or tables tops. Some people may find the steps to the villa a little challenging but we loved it!

This place was AMAZING and so BEAUTIFUL! We had a private Villa with a private pool. We looked out to wilderness and saw monkeys while we sawm. The gardens in the place were amazing, it was well kept. The bed was good. The staff were nice and helpful. Room service - you could not fault! You Whatsapped them what you wanted was there is seconds. :) Highly recommend this place to couples that have been to Bali before and willing to use Grab. We were only 7 minutes with a Grab ride away from central Ubud.

One thing... I understand that it was a villa and had our own outdoor kitchen and a water dispenser. As an Aussie, I will not drink water that I have not personally opened myself. If you are more adventurous then us with water, this might work for you but I would have loved a few bottles of water per day. I'm just being picky, this place was AMAZING!

Lovely location outside of slight busyness of downtown Ubud. Our villa was set back across the river that runs through the property, so very quiet. You could hear the monkeys in the bush and one even visited on the balcony. Pool was warm and adequate. Room large and airy with a good sized bed. AC worked well. We'd be more than happy to base ourselves here for a future visit.

Maybe some more surface area to place belongings and a sofa for indoor chilling. The included breakfast choice is limited and could be an issue if you plan to stay for more than a few days, but ordering something else would be so cheap.

The area/resort is beautiful with a bridge over a ravine, next to some nice fields. The breakfast choice was quite big and tasty, staff was very nice and accommodating. They helped us carry the luggage up the stairs. Drinking water was provided for the guests. The food in the restaurant was quite ok too. There was laundry service available, which was great. Swimming pool was very nice. It was a quiet area, slightly outside of Ubud so the prices in the area were also cheaper than in Ubud itself.

Contactless payments were not accepted. If you mind walking up and down the stairs, then maybe avoid this place :) (It's not that many but if you have health issues, then keep this in mind)

Located in the middle of nature with streaming water. We love the large space, the private pool and the outside kitchen area. The staff is also very nice. We felt at home immediately and it was a shame to leave. It would be difficult to find a place to match Ubud Heaven Sayan (for the same price).

Constantly having to log in to the WiFi is a bit annoying. Tip: make sure you don’t have problem with steps if you want to tour Bali.

Villa was great, clean and had a nice pool looking onto the jungle. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice quiet location surrounded by nature but just a short drive to Ubud centre. Also spa facilities available in your villa which is convenient.

A few more sockets in the room would have been handy. Also it is a bit of a walk and some steps from the reception to the villa itself which may not be accessible for some. Room service for at least drinks would have been handy but understand it is a villa not a hotel.

loved everything about the place, quiet and private retreat, the property and areas around it is really well maintained. We had total privacy and would stay again. it's for people who seek a calming retreat and to get away from noise. It's also close to Ubud centre. The staff were all lovely and helpful! beautiful people working here.

We had to book this accommodation very last minute, we arrived within an hour of booking and the room was ready for us and someone was waiting at reception to greet us. Staff then assisted us to our room with our bags. The pool villa was beautiful, very quiet, rooms were clean and comfortable beds, had everything we needed. The staff also suggested restaurants that were close by and suggested other activities in the area.

Nothing to complain about.

Construction of another villa at time of stay that we were unaware of. Not overly problematic but noisy at times and not a pleasant sight. Not as secure as it could be although reception provides a safe for valuables
