We had a great stay at Ubud Heaven. Its location is perfect as it is very quiet and peaceful with it being outside of the main streets of Ubud, but close enough for a short walk into town (15/20 minute walk). There were also some great restaurants and breakfast spots very close to the villa. The villa itself was great, very large area and a great pool which was all very private. Room was clean and comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Hotel has great services including being able to order food, shuttle service to pickup/drop off spot, laundry service etc. highly recommend

Room wasn’t completely sealed with sliding doors and gaps in bathroom so some mosquitos did get in, however there was a mosquito net so not a huge issue

Spacious and private villa with great outside space to relax. Rustic but clean and comfortable in side.

Only one small couch limits indoor seating. Villa is a short walk down the road from reception if this matters but it didnt bother us. Also no direct car access; however, they were great at facilitating transport to the pickup/drop-off area.

Paid driver provided to meet us at airport and take us to the villas. Lovely, comfortable room in a beautiful. private tropical garden setting with views of the fish in the surrounding pond from our lovely verandah. Nice pool, now with good paved decking areas. Breakfast area, meals and service each morning very good.

The brick paving in the narrow pathways leading to each villa somewhat uneven/broken in many areas, with very slippery and slimy areas a hazard, especially in the dark or after rain.

The whole stay was delightful. The villa was spacious and really lovely to be in. The staff were very helpful. I loved the breakfast - it was delicious and abundant. The location is fantastic - a short walk from some of my favourite cafes.

Only nitpicking on small things, such as a water pump that was making noise overnight and the kitchen tap that dripped.

The villa is quite private, although the others are close. Pool and garden size nice. Penestanan area is very nice and you can easily walk around and have coffee or food. Walkable distance to Ubud center.

Incredibly squiky old bed. Awful when sleeping with a baby. Baby cot provided didn't have a mattress also, so almost unusable. Very hard pillows.

Beautiful place to relax, just minutes walk away from Ubud. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was very private and peaceful, wonderful breakfasts. The pool was a welcome place to refresh and cool down. Gorgeous yoga studio about 2 minutes down the lane. Thank you for an amazing stay, we will be back.

We had a wonderful stay here with our 8 month old baby! The room was comfortable and the outdoor kitchen was convenient. The air conditioner worked very well. We especially loved the private pool! The staff were very kind and welcoming. Our baby loves them!

It wasn't the most convenient spot as it is not accessible by car. We had to be picked up and dropped off at a meeting point a few minutes away. However the staff were always available to drive us to the meeting spot in the buggy, and we never had to wait long so it wasn't a big problem.

villa is comfy, pool is clean and refreshing. location is quite and walkable to most things we wanted to do.

No pool ladder or steps. steps up to kitchen and bedroom and down to bathroom. even for able bodied people care was needed.

Beautiful villa with a gorgeous pool. The location was fantastic, close walk to cafes via cute back streets and a 20 minute walk to Ubud centre. The staff were fantastic and the breakfast was very generous in size and tasty.

No complaints.

It was private villa with the private pool. It was cosy just to be there and enjoy the day. Also it was short distance to walk to the city center.

Internet connection was quite poor (compare to the other places we have been stayed during this period in Bali)
