I stayed 2 nights here during the Ubud Writers Festival 2023. Room was simple but adequate and clean. This boutique hotel, only 10 rooms, is at the back of the land, so you'd have to walk past the neighbours' houses. After check in, they'll walk you to your unit and help with your luggages. Try to get the rooms with shared balcony, the views from there are better. Breakfast is sent to your room every morning at your chosen time, you choose the menu the night before. There is a small pool in front of the downstairs rooms. Like most Balinese hotels, service persons were polite and respectful. This hotel is deep inside a secluded area, but there is a modest eatery at the nearby junction called Cafe Vespa that serves delicious meals where I ate three times!

It was very beautiful and well thought out. I loved that there were animals on the compound, they were all so cute. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful at all times. Just a very good atmosphere overall

There is no extractor fan in the bathroom and there are no windows in the bedroom, so you can only have the aircon to ventilate the room. This is bad because either way mould forms on the bathroom ceiling and also the aircon was not kind on my sinuses and air ways. I was coughing and sneezing every single night but I had no choice to keep it on because it gets way too humid without fresh air circulation. This was incredibly uncomfortable for me.

If you’re thinking about booking this place do it! Rooms were immaculate, bedding was the comfiest in Bali in a month, food was amazing & the staff were so helpful! Wyaan was extremely friendly and happy to help with anything, a true hospitality superstar! Was unfortunate that other guests staying didn’t have a lot of respect for the staff here during my stay, gentle reminder to be kind to these lovely people even if there’s a little language barrier. 5 stars ⭐️

Couldn’t fault a thing.

This is a lovely place and I really enjoyed my time here! It was so good that I actually decided to extend my stay 🤭 The breakfast is delicious, the people working here are super kind and the place is cozy!

If you want it to be more quiet I recommend staying on the second floor since it can get a bit noisy on the first floor since people are walking by etc!

The beds were really nice and I’m happy to have stayed at this place since it’s on one of my favorite streets and neighborhood! The staff are so kind as well! Nice to have a tv where we can stream a lot!

WiFi could have been better, but we also have an understanding towards it!

very comfortable, excellent staff, incredible value for money no fan in bathroom so mouldy ceilings - this is a new property so can imagine if not sorted how bad this might be in a years time other than that awesome - only intended a two day stay - ended up staying 7 - cool coffee shop almost too best room i’ve ever stayed in for the money - bar the mouldy bathroom ceiling it rivals any city apartment you would find in europe/aus

the staff were amazing, the rooms are brand new. do note, the hotel is at the back of a family compound that you will have to walk through to get to the hotel, complete with chickens, dogs, cats etc. this didn’t bother us but just so you’re aware.

they need to work on the wifi, there are 2 wifi channels and they’re both bad, continuously dropping out etc needing them to reset the router.

Quiet spot away from the road. Netflix and prime included in my room. Fresh towels every day if you wish. With pool towels at reception. Clean and safe.

The WiFi was not good for a digital nomad.

The rooms were nice, the staff were really kind and really good breakfast.

The walls were too thin and we could hear all what was spoken in the rooms next to us.

I really like the place is inside the Balinese family house, we enter the lobby and walk through some traditional houses and feels like living with Balinese vibe

The room not really sound proof, so we can hear other people open the door and that was pretty loud. Please improve
