The least I can say is it is wonderful and amazing. Everything is excellent for what you pay. You get a comfortable, beautiful, clean place. The staff were polite and respectful. The calm inside the rooms. My vacation with my husband was beautiful. I was very afraid because when I arrived, everything became magical.

When we refused to let the room be cleaned every day, we were deprived of water inside the rooms because omental water is only distributed during cleaning, and I did not like this point because my husband and I were forced to go out at 4 in the morning to the hotel restaurant to fill water bottles. Note: Before leaving the room, make sure that your gold money and everything is in a safe place from theft. I am not sure about this, but the last night I heard the sound of someone trying to enter the room through the open bathroom, and my husband found footprints of someone on the wall, but as I said before, I am not I'm sure this is just a feeling and an obsession

Really nice hotel, the architecture is amazing and also the pool area. walking distance to everything (although kids in strollers is an issue, but you can ask for a grab, like an uber). Really nice buffet breakfast with different options everyday.

Bathroom could be cleaner and the room in general some deep cleaning also under the beds

Lovely staff were super helpful and friendly. We had booked to stay at the hotel opposite but when we checked in it there it was awful and we just couldn’t stay there. We did a quick Google search and found Sari Villas opposite. We walked over and explained we needed a family room for 4 nights and they were super accommodating. They showed us the rooms they had available and we checked in there and then. The hotel was clean and well presented and breakfast was good too. (Some things would benefit a little update but all fit for purpose and great value for the price) The pool was lovely with plenty of beds and shade with a nice views. Nice quiet location just outside the craziness of main Ubud. Very quiet/safe at night. As you walk out of the property there were plenty of restaurants/shops to choose from and taxis available to take you into the main town (just a couple of £ each way). We were out and about everyday but it was a great base to come back too. We had a triple room with a king size bed and a small double which was fine for the four of us. It only had a small outside space but it did have a 2nd shower on it which was very useful when all getting ready.

Nothing -excellent value for the price.

Room was spacious and very clean, outdoor shower was perfect! Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of food. The staff were extremely friendly and most helpful when we need some assistance. The Bintang Supermarket is nice and close for shopping and great restaurants within walking distance. The Champlung Ridge walk is close by and you can watch walkers for some of the Restuarants outlooks.

It is a beautiful property. Many indian and continental Restaurants are nearby. Many shops and marts are also nearby and adjacent. Rooms & bathrooms are good. very friendly and nice staff.

Breakfast was ok. For indian vegetarians no option except fruits and breads. WiFi speed is very low. No restaurants in Villa for food to be ordered in Room.

Really glad I found this place. Clean, excellent breakfast, amazing staff and nice and clean facilities. Everything works, nice air-conditioning, great wifi all over the Villa. Nice pool and close to center of Ubud. Stayed for 7 nights and can't wait to go back. Nice big water dispenser with cold water to fill up your water bottle all the time and you get bottled water in your room every day.

We really enjoyed the pool area, the rooms were very nice, location is great to go arround Ubud, it was very clean and the staff is very nice. Also a very tasty breakfast!!! You have a spa next door a few restaurant nearby.

It would be perfect or more handy if the location had it's own bar and restaurant. But they still offer an eating area, where you can eat food that you can order of food delivery apps.

hotel was very nice and spacious reception area. Hotel style is very cool, we loved the path going towards the pool, it looks like a little street between the rooms. pool is small but very cute and has a view of the “jungle”. almost all the time there is noone at the pool so it feels very private. location for us, as a family, was great too. not in centre of Ubud. Hotel is very close to big shopping centre (2min walk). if you go out from hotel turn right and in 2 mins you have few eating places, 4 ATM’s and big supermarket (cheapest in Ubud)

Drinking water sealed bottle is limited, ant trails were visible in the room,doors opening /closing very noisy ,

Nice, comfortable rooms (smart TV, air conditioning, fridge with waters replenished each day), friendly and helpful staff, great pool, good wifi

Just a couple minor issues in the room - shower head didn’t stay in the wall, ants coming in through a small crack in the wall (the cleaning staff helped resolve the issue with ants after we told reception!)
