The view was great, the room and bed was comfortable and accommodating. The staff was amazing, very friendly and welcoming. They helped us with the luggage and were the nicest and genuine! The room was clean and in good conditions. The higiene products smelled very good and were good quality. Breakfast was great with variety of choices, tea/coffee, smoothies, fruits, omelettes, pancakes, crepes, and others choices! The location was in the centre of everything you need in the city! On the small street of the retreat you have many activities and 2min from the place you can rent a motorcycle for under 5£ a day!

Beautiful accomodation in gorgeous setting as seen in photos! A true jungle experience away from the hustle and bustle of ubud yet still walking distance to the mainstreet. Was lovely to have breakfast each morning too. Staff were lovely!

It would be 10/10 if there was air conditioning! Lots of bugs but that is as expected in the jungle :)

The setting & buildings are really stunning. Wild life of birds, butterflies & geckos. The pool is beautiful and the views are gorgeous. Everyone was super friendly & accommodating. Very relaxed at times but you really just need to ask & it’s really no problem. Location is great and an enjoyable walk or short scooter ride to being in the centre. Far enough away from the noises of hustle & bustle. I felt safe as a solo female traveller walking home at night. Recommend Yoga Ubud House 9am Vinyasa - 3 min walk away. I stayed in the jungle view room, on the edge of the property & loved waking to the views. Was also private. Swem is a gem - ThankYOU!! Appreciation.

As I stayed 5 nights & due to the humidity I would’ve liked fresh sheets at least once & towels without having to ask. However rooms are clean and I was very happy.

Situated in the valley and next to the rice fields. The environment is like heaven on earth, the room in traditional house is spacious and with incredible view to the valley. At the same time, it's only 10 minutes walk to Ubud centre ! Staff are all friendly. When we arrived, the room was specially decorated for our special occasion, we felt so thankful for everything. Our favorite moment was swimming in the infinity pool watching birds flying in circles and squirrels running on the trees while we had delicious breakfast in the restaurant.

Nice relaxed environment. Room was spacious. Breakfast was good with pancakes, fresh fruits and bread. The view from the unit was exceptional. The couple who manage the place and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Convenient restaurant just across the road with beautiful view, and good food.

Not much soundproofing due to the type of building construction.

Location is amazing! In the middle of the city but so calm and peaceful. Walking down and you are in Ubud. Comfortable beds, bathroom, good breakfast. Staff is friendly and truly welcoming! Pool is handy to have to relax after the chaotic city. Maya, the owner, helped me big time.

Having a small fridge in the room or in a common area would be a great idea

This place is truly magical. An oasis tucked into the jungle and rice fields to the north of Ubud but close enough to walk into town easily. The moment I arrived, I felt the magic of this place, the beautiful garden, jungle view with fireflies buzzing about and quaint cottage style accommodation. Swem was also very helpful in making sure I had a comfortable stay and helped with everything from arranging luggage transfer from the main road to great recommendations in the area.

The location is absolutely stunning - I loved my stay in one of the cottages! The view, the tranquility, the rice fields - it’s absolutely amazing. Please remember though: You are in the middle of the jungle, so please be aware that you are entering the habitat of little animals ;)

We spent a few days here at Prashanti retreat. At night, we could ear the sweet sound of the stream and see fireflies twirling around . It was the perfect spot to relax in the nature and enjoy a wonderful view on the jungle for sunset and sunrise , with the volcano afar . The place is located on a small trail in the ricefields , 10 min walk from the center of Ubud with all the temples, cultural activities and markets. But it's also possible to stay around to follow the small road, walk in the ricefields and enjoy lots of cute and cosy little cafes on the way ,away from the traffic of the city. The room was spacious, bright and clean , with hot water available , and a comfy bed safe from bugs, thanks to a big mosquito net. A healthy and delicious breakfast is included, and special mention to the lovely team and owner who make sure to make you feel welcome and comfortable during your stay

Nothing wrong to say

I absolutely loved its location: it's very closed to the centre of Ubud but at the same time it enjoys the calm of the rice fields where the hotel is located. The hotel structure is quite simple but provides everything is needed. Cars cannot reach the hotel and this translates into a fantastic plus, as you can enjoy nice walks (although motorbikes still circulate) in the surrounding of the hotel where you find nice little restaurants, a yoga center, etc..
