- main reason I am giving this hotel a 10 is our buttler, Rose, who was simply amazing, kind and professional - overall very nice villa with private pool. however, the view from the room was a bit disappointing (I have to admit that after seeing my disappointment concerning the view, our buttler proposed immediately upgrading our room, however since we were there only for 1 night, we preferred to not exchange the room such that we do not lose more time. Given that the resort was half empty, I would have appreciated if the management would have upgraded us before checking in). - nice pool area - beach area and the ride with the cable car were also very nice - private yoga class included in the price - breakfast was super, super good

- name of the room ("ocean view") is a bit misleading, as from the room I was only seeing the roofs of other villas - dinner was extremely expensive and food was not that great - if I compare this hotel with others that I visited during our Bali trip it was below expectations, especially since this stay was by far the most expensive one. however, putting aside the price, the complex itself, the service, etc. are top notch.

the hotel is charming in every moment. the amenities are all there to make your stay perfect. we were very happy to be allowed to check out late. we had an unforgettable experience on our honeymoon. Thank you Stefanos, you were very kind and friendly.

The preparation time for -breakfast in the room- takes a very long time, about 1.5 hours. We recommend that you choose your breakfast the night before and let them know when you wish it to be delivered or eat directly in the restaurant.

Beautiful facility

The beach was dirty beyond the main area. The response was that the hotel isn't responsible beyond a certain point but I told them that their guests may like to wall beyond and I had to show them hundreds of bottles on the beach to get their attention. This was very disappointing and tainted ny experience such that I couldn't recommend this to anyone I know

My husband and I recently stayed at the Bvlgari Resort in Bali, and from the moment we arrived, we were completely enchanted. Our villa was pure perfection—spacious, beautifully appointed, and completely private, with our own infinity pool overlooking on a panoramic ocean view. The attention to detail in the room design, amenities, and overall ambiance was impeccable. Every sunrise and sunset felt like a personal masterpiece painted just for us. The service deserves special mention. The staff were genuinely warm, intuitive, and incredibly professional. From the butler (Wisnu), the managers in duties to the bar and restaurants teams, everyone anticipated our needs before we even voiced them. We felt truly cared for in every interaction. Dining was another highlight. Each meal was a culinary experience, especially at Sangkar, where the authentic Balinese flavors were sophisticated and the presentation was flawless. The 24/7 Breakfast service at the villa with ocean view were a peaceful and luxurious way to start the day. We also had a chance to indulge in a couple’s treatment at the Bvlgari Spa, and it was heavenly. The spa itself is a sanctuary, with serene settings and therapists who are truly masters of their craft. In every possible way, the Bvlgari Resort Bali exceeded our expectations. It’s not just a luxury resort—it’s an experience, a feeling, a memory we’ll cherish forever. We left feeling rested, reconnected, and completely in awe. We can’t wait to return.

The staff were amazing they were so welcoming , super nice and very helpful throughout the stay , we were welcomed by Gooday "Gede" which was our butler throughout the stay , he is very very professional and super friendly and welcomed us with open hands . The services provided by the hotel is amazing , the facilities are spectacular , the views from every corner in the hotel is breathtaking . I have been to many hotels around the world and i have been to other bulgari chains and i can say this was an outstanding experience and so magical and special .

Everything was perfect

This resort is possibly my favorite of all the resorts/hotels I've been to. I knew it'd be great from the pictures, but the reality exceeded my expectations. The villa, amenities, restaurants, and beach club were spectacular. The staff is so hospitable and communicates quickly and efficiently. Parma, who was assigned to communicate with us was excellent and very accommodating. He made our stay as comfortable as possible. We also had Bvlgari gifts dropped in our villa every night which was a nice touch. This is possibly the best resort in Bali and I'm glad we picked it for our stay in Uluwatu.

Luxury resort, great service, all staff really tries their best to keep you happy all the time, lots of complimentary services like washing clothes, refreshment at the pool, soft drinks at the villa, etc.

The beach area was in reconstruction, the offered alternative beachclubs were not at the level of the Bvlgari resort, once the reconstruction of the beach area of Bvlgari is finished, they will not have any competition in Uluwatu for the guests like us who want to have also beach acces at this level of quality of service.

If you compare it to all the other hotels, yes, it is Pricy, BUT it is hard to spot anything wrong except the price. The view is breathtaking and doesn’t feel real. I had to stop often to take photos. All the staff I met were super friendly, and I feel like I received 1vs1 bespoke service throughout my stay. The designs and conditions are super luxurious, and they clean the rooms twice daily, so the cleanliness is 11 out of 10 because I will give 1 point extra for the tea they prepared in the vacuum cup in the night time.

I don't do beach activities, so I enjoyed my time lying on the beach, but beach lovers will find it slightly disappointing.

Beautifully situated and maintained. Very private and discreet. Perched on a seaside cliff with incredible views. Access to an amazing beach (but no swimming, coral and rocks up to the shore). Staff very friendly and highly accommodating. Food was phenomenal with a good variety. Two bar/restaurants and two regular restaurants plus excellent room service. Property security was good, never an issue. Very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Wow… this place is exceptional. Relaxing, peaceful and sophisticated; you can also have some local culture and tradition, but not fake, made for tourists. Ok… tourism is part of the business, I know… but the guys there really found a good balance between things. This place is nothing compared to the “resorts” we see here and there - it's something else! All the staff was just fantastic (by the way, all People from Bali are extraordinary). I have to highlight the special attention we had from Wita - we’ll never forget, my friend. Thank you! And Jun was just precise in his support and all the attention.
