We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Bali. The space and ambience were absolutely perfect — spacious, serene, and thoughtfully decorated with great attention to detail. It felt like a private sanctuary, ideal for relaxing and soaking in the Bali vibes. The layout was open and airy, and we especially loved the elegant decor and tranquil atmosphere. It’s a great spot for couples, families, or groups looking to unwind in comfort and style.

While the sunken lounge area is stunning and a beautiful design feature, we did have a minor mishap where one of us bumped our head on the hard concrete tiles. It might be something to keep in mind, particularly for guests with small children. Also the stairs without a handrail could be problematic with small children. Overall, we absolutely loved our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. With just a few small additions, it would be close to perfect. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful space with us!

We loved this property it was modern and clean with great facilities. Bian the villa host was amazing! He helped with any inquiries that we had. We travelled with 3 young kids 5,4 and 2 and Bian helped to organise a pool fence and porter cot. I was able to message Bian on WhatsApp prior to our stay. Very accomodating. The pool was amazing for the kids and we loved sitting in the outdoor area. The villa was off the main strip although we hired scooters and was only 5 mins to all the beautiful beaches, food and shopping. We also order food and anything we needed from Gojek (app) to be delivered. Bian also helped organise people to come give us a massage at our accomodation which was super cheap and easy. Such a great service and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The only thing was the stairs for a 2 year old didn’t have a barrier. We just made sure he didn’t climb up on his own. Other than that everything was perfect.

Beautiful property. White, timber trims, tiled floor, lovely sunken couch area. Spacious rooms. Location was close to Ulluwatu main strip. for meals and supermarket. Very clean. Bian arranged cots for the children.

Great villa but a challenge with two toddlers. Not the property fault at all. Just be aware. No balustrade on the staircase. No pool fence, Sunken lounge with hard tile surrounds. We had very little cleaning products, but this was explained later that they would do it. We felt guilty. We needed hand towels and tea towels as there weren't any. Pool was quite cold as it is in the shade all day. Maintenance man was on hand which was good when the sliding door lock was not working but lacked privacy when we were in the pool and they frequently walked through the front yard to their accommodation.

Spacious, clean and multiple entertaining spaces. Also the chef that cooked our breakfast did a fantastic job and it was very tasty, good portions and well laid out. Also the host Bian was lovely and easy to communicate with.

Truthfully not much. There was a blockage in the kitchen sink but as soon as I brought it to the hosts attention it was resolved quickly.

Large villa, large swimming pool, all the rooms were also quite large and had individual ensuites. The Villa also features a sunken lounge living area which is a nice unique experience. The staff was also very welcoming and accommodating of our requests. I misplaced some items at the villa, and the staff was very helpful in organising postage to return the items to me!

The location of the villa is slightly off the main road which makes it difficult to get to if you are not travelling by car/bike (This is also good because the Villa is a bit more secluded as a result) but something to keep in mind

The property itself is absolutely beautiful and beautifully decorated, you will definitely enjoy hanging out at this villa. The pool is great and there is air conditioning and fans in every room to make you comfortable. The host Bian is great to speak to and can organise massages, breakfast etc at your request. There is a fully functional kitchen with many appliances, utensils and crockery as well as filtered water.

it is a little bit out of the way so you can’t really walk around to shops, supermarket, restaurants, etc. However it is a 10-15 minute drive and we found it quite easy to find drivers. Housekeeping could have been more attentive. They did not replace clean towels and we had to ask for additional toilet paper.

The Villa was very secluded, so was nice and quite. The pool was beautiful, everything was clean and you could tell a lot of care went into the decorations. there was air conditioning in every room, and a microwave and water filter in the kitchen which was great.

It would have been good to have pool towels as well as bath towels, on the second day, someone came to clean and took some bath towels, but did not replace them, so we had about 3 used towels between 7 people. Pretty far away from the town or beaches so not able to walk anywhere, would need a scooter or car.

The property was extremely clean and well maintained with staff on premises if anything goes wrong. Bian and his team were very helpful and were able to arrange food basics when we arrived and were also able to get us scooters at short notice!

The villa is absolutely stunning with its sheek decor. We loved lounging around the pool and relaxing in the sunken lounge and wished we could have stayed longer.

The Host was awesome. Easy to communicate with and very helpful with accomodating our check-in times. The Host was also very willing to assist with all of our requests.

We have no complaints. The Villa was as pictured and host was great.
