Had a 2x double bedroom for a stay with my mother and my daughter. The room was comfortable, a decent size and the bathroom was well-designed. All staff were very friendly and helpful - receptionist, restaurant staff in the bar in the evening and for breakfast in the morning. All food was of a good home cooking standard. The price we paid for a one night stay was very good value for money - especially when including the breakfast.

There’s nothing that would put us off returning again. We did hear a bit of car park noise. I had a bit of trouble with my sat nav finding the way into the hotel from the road.

The hotel although outside the city is excellent. It’s a pleasant walk , or bus ride. The bar is buzzing, the service was excellent. Every single member of staff were a credit to the hotel. The food was outstanding and the chef and kitchen team were really well organised and fast. The waitresses were super attentive at dinner and breakfast. A great welcome on reception. We loved it all. If you choose to stay at Da Vinci hotel you will not be disappointed.

Beds were very comfortable, good breakfast, clean and very good sized room. Lively bar at night in the hotel. 25 minute walk into the city centre. Bus stop outside door to take us into and out of town if preferred.

A taxi driver told us about the bus stop would be good if the receptionist had information and maybe a timetable on this ( we asked when we arrived but they she did not know anything about the busses) .

Hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas 🎄 the room we stayed in with our son was spotless and very comfortable we had 2 double beds in the room. Hotel was noisy due to a wedding but this is only to be expected and there were a lot of very intoxicated guests but again this was no fault of the Hotel Breakfast was delicious plenty of choice and all fresh

Just a shame about the loud disco which went on until after 1 and very intoxicated guests but the hotel was packed and there was a wedding on.

Good location for free parking on site, reliable to get taxi o to & out of the city that were £5 each way. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The staff are all very hardworking & welcoming. The dinner menu was stunning & the breakfast is one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The cost of their alcohol is great £5 a pint.

The bedrooms are a little outdated, particularly the bathrooms. Other than that fabulous.

Check in process was simple, and the staff were all very friendly. The room was clean comfortable and just what we wanted. The bar is perfect for afternoons as well as into the evening, with the weather being quite wet we spent a fair bit of time in the bar. Our evening meal was great, we selected 5 small plates and shared these and all of them were delicious. We slept well and really enjoyed the full selection at breakfast.

We ate dinner in the restaurant & in the bar & food & choice was excellent! Room was at back of property & really quiet, mattreses were in need of being renewed when we were there. Staff were really friendly. We had car so didn't use public transport to get in& out of Derry centre - about a 20-30min walk to Foyle centre.

Mattreses were definitely in need of renewing!

Well situated for visiting Derry, lively atmosphere in the bar. Friendly and helpful staff . Good selection for breakfast and reasonable prices in the bar.

Only negative was position of our room, we were facing the middle/back of the hotel and on Saturday evening could hear loud music that went on late >1am, if you have an option ask for a room facing front.

We stayed in the Morrison suite, which was worth the extra money to have a living area. We could sit on the couch and unwind before bed. The bathroom was nice and quite large. The safe was small and not connected to anything, so anyone could just walk away with it. It's typically very heavy, or built into a closet, so that was strange. This room didn't have air conditioning, but that wasn't too much of an issue because it was quite cool, even though it was August. Was very happy for the small fridge to have sodas and cream for tea/coffee. There was also a desk, which provided space to sit and write and there was plenty of storage space for our stuff, although no cabinets. The room could use a small dresser. It's very close to the walled city...5-10 minutes by car, but if you like to walk, it's a nice walk. The spot is next to a bank, which was convenient and there is a large grocery store at the second circle, which was good. We had breakfast included and it was adequate. We had a rental car and parking was fine at the hotel.

The room could have some drawer storage space and do something with the safe. Other than that, it was very good.

Lovely room that was very spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful in moving our room to the ground floor.

We decided to have a full Irish Breakfast on our first day bug it was very disappointing - the bacon, pudding and hash browns were so well for they were solid. Second day we had different breakfasts and they were lovely from porridge to omelette.
