This was our 1st ever night away as a family this moring my little boy who has autism was having a complete meltdown about going in to the restaurant for his breakfast as there was music the night before and it really unsettled him I asked the lady in the restaurant would she mind if we ate in the lobby the lady was so kind to us took all out to us and there was no trouble made us feel so comfortable I can’t not thank this lady enough we will definitely be returning due to how the staff treated us The place was absolutely buzzing with family’s and the food was absolutely beautiful in the restaurant

The staff could not be anymore helpful. I brought my best friends kids as part of their Christmas present. They loved the swimming pool. Nothing was a hassle. Anytime we asked for anything including tea bags, towels or anything we needed we got it brought straight to our room. There is great parking and it's in a great location that was so easy to spot. Will 100% be back. The children even recieved a Christmas present.

Nothing the hotel was great!

I drive up from Galway and was a Great location as I had a hospital appointment that evening.Room was great , very quiet and clean. Bathroom is big and beautiful and had both a shower and bath tub which is separated. My room was on the second floor which I appreciate as a single female traveller so felt safe. Free parking at own risk but at least there is parking. Didn’t use the restaurant but looked so lovely!

Would be nice to have a fridge in the room and an ice machine on each floor!

Good facilities. Very good dinner on Saturday evening. Plenty of attentive staff. Food excellent.

Breakfast on Sunday morning was a disaster. Constant queues at welcome area. Not enough staff. Hot plate far too small. Forever a queue waiting on plates and food to arrive. One particular staff, although whilst under pressure didn’t handle kids well around hot plate, was very rude. As per lots having to wait for plates. Then having to wait again for eggs etc. a bigger hot plate holding more food would simplify everything. Most staff were busy constantly trying to restock the hot plate !!!! Couldn’t clear tables or reset for next people. Was shown to the only clear table left which still had no cups or cutlery etc.

This is our 4th stay here this year! My 10yr old son is autistic & the staff are all amazing with him here! They all remember him each time too. The food is beautiful (the menu has been changed a bit too which is great when you're there as often as us). But the main plus for him is the pool - you can use it as often as you want & for as long & doesn't need booked! It's open all day too. There is a small kids pool which is totally safe meaning I can get a swim in the big pool too!

The temperature of the pool is definitely colder than most pools! And if it had a lift it would make it much more accessible to all & I wouldn't have to keep requesting a ground floor room for mobility issues.

The staff were superb. Very friendly. Very helpful and very professional. Facilities were great. We really enjoyed the pool and spa and they have a great gym. Beautiful rooms. The restaurant has some stunning features

I was not keen on the location but if you don’t intend to leave the property then I highly recommend this one. It’s about a 15 min drive into the city centre. The staff were excellent as I have stated above. The restaurant was lovely and the food was nice but I wouldn’t say the quantity or quality match the price. There’s a McDonalds and an alternative restaurant about 5 minutes down the road in a retail park.

I love most things about this hotel, just a few small things that could be improved on. Staff are fantastic and don't mind conversations with customers and very attentive and helpful.

No fridge in the rooms, Pool too cold, Not many 00 drink options, Tv doesn't work with hotel WiFi (booster boxes) Doors are too thin, can hear people talk in hallways clearly.

we were travelling with a kid and a baby and the room was very spacious and comfortable. A cot was added for free and we were located on the ground floor which was super handy with the pram, also very close to the swimming pool. The restaurant was fantastic and we enjoyed the breakfast too.

As a recommendation I would have loved that the kids swimming pool was a bit warmer, my toddler swam but I was unable to bring the baby to the water as it was far too cold. Everything else was great :)

Lovely clean hotel. Bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Dinner in the evening was lovely

The running water in the room was really poor, like a dribble, couldn't clean our teeth very well. Pillows were hard with no alternative. Breakfast wasn't great, I had a very boring tastless fry and my daughter had french toast (cinnamon) that just tasted like egg. Service in the morning could have been a little better.

I booked this as a little holiday before my son went back to school. We must have been upgraded to a suite because it was a massive room with two king sized beds and a huge bathroom with separate shower and bath. We had the best stay, he loved the swimming pool and although we didn’t use the steam room or sauna they looked really lovely and plenty of people using them. Tv had Netflix and a couple of other apps and plenty satellite channels. Staff were so friendly the whole time and my son who has special needs even commented on how lovely the staff were. Plenty of parking. Would highly recommend.

Swimming pool could do with the heat being turned up just a little. We had a bit of an issue with the Wi-Fi connecting to the tv but I could hit spot my phone so not a big deal. You are not allowed to bring hot food into the rooms which we were a bit worried about because he had certain foods to eat at certain times but you can bring snacks so it worked for us. Nothing that would stop me from coming back 😊
