Breakfast and food in the bar was lovely. We are ate at the Italian another night and food wasn’t amazing. Hotel was absolutely amazing for our kids they have literally thought of everything from swimming pool to movie room, kids club, activities, in door play centre outdoor playground petting farm go carting and crazy golf it was just amazing . 10 min walk to Gorey. We will definitely be back.

Staff were very nice but sometimes you had to ask a few people particularly at breakfast for certain things .

The mini golf. The playground. The food in the Farina Italian restaurant. The upgrade to a bigger room. The breakfast. Sitting on the balcony after breakfast with a cup of tea and relaxing.

Seeing the poor goat and sheep depressed and dirty in the back. Their heads were pressed against walls. The jets didnt work in our tub. The swimming pool is far too small ... we were constantly touching other people ..a boy rubbed my daughters leg and she got a bit upset about it. There is room to the back and side to extend out the pool. We love getting in a proper swim in a good pool.

The hotel lobby is beautiful and the coffee dock is handy and adds something extra. The main dining hall was very child friendly with boot style seating. Fab food and staff. The room was spacious and clean.

The soft play area was very grubby, with bigger kids running in and out. Not happy to put baby on unclean floor. The outside area is underwhelming. Very small pet farm although the playground was a good size.

Only one double socket at bedside,had to ask for an extension lead and another bedside lamp, only one in the executive room apparently all rooms are the same, round pin sockets in abundance. Coffee at breakfast not great ask for an americano , also if you like an omelette or poached eggs ask your server,there is no signage stating this

Had good entrainment for the kids. Food the burger place was unreal and great service on our last night 29th of April at half eight. Easy access to all activities, playgrounds, and that.

When trying to get into the rooms, the card wouldn't work the first time. I had to take a good few attempts before it opened, and we had kids that needed naps and were getting very impatient.

The staff for one were exceptional . Every staff member we met were very attentive and acknowledging of the kids especially the guy who showed us to breakfast each morning and the guy who worked in the cinema There is an endless amount of activities you wouldn’t even have to leave the hotel And the food for breakfast and dinner was gorgeous

No all was great

The facilities for families with young kids was amazing. Everything is spotlessly clean and modern. The food was exceptional. The attention to detail on the kids menu naming dishes by favourite cartoon characters was a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious and always greeted by friendly staff each morning. Beds super comfy, nice big rooms. Ideal location to explore the many wexford beaches and local attractions. Playground was brilliant and the staff organising the train ride made everything so friendly, fun and exciting. We love it there!

There were times when we were waiting almost 2 hours for our food to be served after ordering and with small children a wait like that can be tough but staff were exceptionally busy so we understood, but there was so apology or recognition which would have been nice. Otherwise staff were super friendly especially the lady working at the coffee shop in the hotel she was super kind to our children. Food and coffee top class.

This hotel is one of it's kind. For a short mini break what this hotel has to offer is exceptional. The food in F.H.B is honestly fabulous.

I really don't like to be negative because it is an amazing hotel with so much to offer. But they could do with a few extra p.a worker it really does need to be cleaner. every skirten board had a layer of dust and surfaces were at times very dirty.

The breakfast was great, lots of options. Dinner in the bar was fantastic, the staff were extremley friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Brilliant location, lots of car park spaces. The facilites were amazing, the indoor play centre was a god-send in the rain! The kids club and disco was a real hit!

good facilities for children

To whom this may concern, I stayed in your hotel from Sunday the 15 of January till Wednesday the 18th of January all an all experience was great but unfortunately my pregnant partner and my 1 year old son has gotten food poisoning from your hotel it was the only place we have eaten yesterday and from 3 am this morning my partner and my son are extremely sick they both ate the same thing we had to leave the hotel complex early this morning because of this situation we are all very upset that this has happened my contact details are 0852161759 Many thanks shauna squires
