Lots on offer 2 restaurants a well equipped bar and live music. Clearly a destination venue for this reason. Great buzz great mix of customers. Really great staff. Nickie on reception and everywhere else it seems, has to be given a mention. From the courtesy call I received from her to help manage my experience to my arrival departure and looking after myself and everybody else in the meantime. I'm sure its just another day in the office for Nickie, but I have rarely seen such excellent and natural professionalism in any hospitality venue. Exceptional. As Arnie would say....I'll be back. I have mobility issues. it's a shame there isn't accessible parking. There is a leisure centre car park directly opposite which will be fine for mosr people.

Friendly staff and atmosphere in the public bar. Bar food were good portions for the price.

We had a quirky odd shaped room on the 4th floor. Took an age for hot water to come through the pipes for a shower, the bathroom tiles were poorly fixed with grout missing and the hand basin was cracked, the bathroom fan did not work. We couldn't fully open the wardrobe door due to the fitting of the aircon!!! This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in during our ten day road trip and probably our least favourite. The hotel boasts 4 stars on the entrance but is a long way short of a 4* establishment. With the above said our room was clean and tidy.

The staff and management was superb,the location is very assessable coming from Dublin and room was very comfortable

Well the parking of cars for customers was very bad ,which must be looked at by management and sort it out with the big car park across the road from hotel if that was done you would get great reviews for the hotel in that respect , As for Breakfast (which the food was fabulous and plentiful ) we thought the plate provided were a bit too small to spread the contents evenly around ,with that said we found it difficult to keep food falling off plate trying to use knife and fork

The staff were really helpful and friendly. The entertainment was great on the Friday night.

There really is no parking. Spaces for about 10 cars after that it's a euro and hour so 75euro for a weekend stay

Great hotel, very clean with nice rooms I went here for a family break with my wife, a 9 year old and a 1 year old... The cot and bedding provided was perfect and so fresh and clean. Food was very tasty in the bar too. The steam room in the adjacent leisure centre was the hottest and best I have used in Ireland. Costs are refunded for vouchers and we had a nice lunch before leaving... Thanks for the stay!

Its a pity Enniscorthy has become a soulless ghost town but the Hotel itself was very nice. A couple of cafes but not much to see in the area.

staff went over and beyond with accommodating requests

noisy late at night/early morning as they have a reputation for stag and hen dos and apparently this group were rugby fans, couldn't go in to the bar at the end of the night for a quiet drink because it was full of men jeering and cheering. couldn't find a takeaway cup fo coffee to take on the train in morning

Excellent food and reasonably priced,lovely staff .Great bedroom ,compact but very comfortable. Nice wee add ons ,loved the dressing gown and slippers supplied ,bathroom well supplied with toiletries even to the added toothbrush and paste .

Tv would not work properly in room internet was sporadic .Shower would not heat up at all so unfortunately was a case of cold showers in the morning .Very little toilet roll supplied had to ask for some .

Location was excellent, walking distance to train station. Staff were really nice. Provided us with a cot for our baby (not a travel one which was excellent) Hotel was lovely Good breakfast Room could be noisy at night from music in bar but this was not a problem for us and hotel provided earplugs if you wished

Steps in the lobby may be a problem for some. There was probably another access I didn’t see

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It's pretty basic but very clean. The breakfast buffet was very good. It was nice to have that before a really busy day. The family room was definitely big enough to accommodate my family. We loved that you can walk to the town and grab something to eat.

The parking situation wasn't the greatest but we were able to find street parking when we needed to.

It was so central, the staff were just lovely, the room was so comfortable and just what I needed for some time out. The food was really yummy.

The parking was a pain, there are not enough spaces in the car park so I had to park across at the leisure centre costing an extra €30 for the two days. It is a huge car park and such a pity that they don't even offer a discount to hotel guests.
