Lovely hotel and very comfortable. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor is fab and it is so close to the town centre.

The bar service was very poor. With the exception of one young barman who was really trying his best, the service was extremely poor. The first night we were waiting so long to get some service that we gave up and went to our room. Not very acceptable in such a high calibre hotel. The second night again the service was poor ànd there was a queue waiting for service. We noticed that two different couples that we spoke to gave up waiting and left the hotel to go to one of the local pubs.

Everything was perfect, big hotel spotless, the garden was lovely also as we had such hot weather, breakfast was top class lovely friendly staff at the breakfast, rooms were lovely and clean comfortable, specially the air con with the heat. Swimming pool was lovely and enjoyed, lovely coffee dock and 2 really friendly girls serving.

Just didn't like when we came back to our room on our last night it wasn't refreshed when it was left on the door to do, asked a lovely lad at reception, he sent up a lovely girl and a bar staff lad that was lovely too, to do it, when really it wasn't there job they had the room spotless and fresh within minutes. Didn't like a porter man he was kind of stout, told us we couldn't sit in garden that it was closing but it didn't close 2 nights previously when we there,he moved everyone, sent us to heated smoking area, which could really do with a clean butts everywhere and spiders!! He sighed at us to he really was a unpleasant not nice guy.

Really good facility s easy to get my mum around in her wheelchair room was quite and clean and comfortable, there was a nice view of Wexford Bridge from our room also the staff were friendly and helpful especially the ladies at reception they were excellent. I would like to thank them and the very honest decent person who handed in my phone after it I had mislaid it . Sending them my best wishes.I was so delighted to get it back .The breakfast was very tasty.

Next time, I would probably book our evening meal at the restaurant instead of carvery at the bar as this would be our preference . The salmon was very tasty though.

Breakfast was good, decent selection of hot food and pastries, fruit, juice etc. we had dinner in the bar and the staff were amazing! Room was lovely, location was absolutely perfect

We used the leisure centre and asked the young girl at the desk if there were towels. She was a bit abrupt and said she wouldn't have any for 30minutes. We got out of the pool 45 mins later and there no still towels in the changing rooms, had to walk out in wet togs and get some, and we're handed towels the size of a bath mat! Definitely bring your own with you. Food in the bar was hit and miss, bruschette was lovely, super food salad was super bland, kids goujons and chips was good

All the staff we had contact with were patient, polite, helpful and friendly.

Our room had no view except for the wall of the car park. We really wanted a good rest but unfortunately being right next to the car park, we were disturbed every morning by people starting up their cars and leaving the engines running for a long time before driving off. ( It could be that an upgrade of the double glazing might help or some notices to ask driving guests to have a thought for other guests)

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and right in the centre of the town. Rooms are spacious and really nicely decorated. They were very well kept and there was no shortage of towels/toilet roll/shower caps/shower gel. Rooms also had an ironing board, iron, good hair dryer and mini fridge. The staff were lovely and very welcoming on arrival. The young girl that served us in the bar was very polite and a nice person. The thermal suite was gorgeously presented and had a heated hydrotherapy pool, a plunge pool, sauna, steam room and dry heat room - all spotless and decorated very nicely. There was a fan in the room which definitely helped a small bit with the heat! I had duck liver pate for starter in the bar and it was delicious and my partner had bbq chicken wings which were also excellent. I had chicken curry for mains which was ok, my partner had the whites beef burger and it was lovely. There was also free parking in the hotel car park. A big plus for me was the fact room floors could only be accessed with a room key card, this gave a sense of safety and reassurance. Will definitely be returning!!

Can’t complain about much here but there was a few things that stood out. We stayed on the 5th floor and the room and floor in general was sweltering. The lowest temperature on the clock was 19 degrees and the window only opened slightly, however there was a fan which helped a small bit. One disappointing thing was the fact the thermal suite was an extra cost to use even though the nights stay cost near €300. For residents there was a €20 per person charge to use, I felt it should have be included in the price. We ate dinner in the bar but unfortunately my main dish was a bit cold. In hindsight, I should have flagged this to someone but I didn’t, our server was lovely too! The starter was lovely. The car park was also quite tight on the way up/down a level on the turns.

Friendly, warm staff at the reception. The servers at Breakfast were very nice. The location suited us very well as we were just off the ferry in Rosslare. The view was nice 🙂 lovely coastal view. Very comfortable bed and modern plugs for USB. Okay breakfast. The TV was in a good position (which isn't always the case in some hotels) , cold bottled water in the bedroom. Great location, only 20 minutes from Rosslare Euro port.

We found a dirty sock in the shoe rack in the bedroom that was not ours and there were tan stains on the carpet. Breakfast in general had a good variety, however it was missing a Continental option, and we found the cooked breakfast a little lack lustre and the toaster machine needed to be turned down as our toast was burnt. The self service tea and coffee was okay but a pot of tea would have been nicer instead of a single cup.

The drinks in the bar were really expensive!! The food was gorgeous but again very expensive for Bar Food. The staff everywhere in the hotel were so lovely and very friendly, especially Caitlyn, one of the servers in the bar on Thursday night. We couldn't fault the breakfast either. Plenty of food and as much tea and coffee as you would like. If I had one tiny complaint, it would be that the air con in the breakfast room and bar is freezing. You'd have to be a quick eater or the food would be cold very quickly. We had a great stay and the location just can't be beaten.

We were there for a family funeral we checked in late at night, approximately 3 mins before the food service in the bar finished..the lady at the desk told us go stright to the Bar and then come back and check in..when we got to the bar we were greeted by an extremely welcoming staff member. Lead to a table and handed our menus..we were hungry and tired we got a lovely hot meal and we were even offered dessert...which we did not expect, especially when we arrived as kitchen was closing..they went out of their to make us feel comfortable, no one appeared disgruntled by our late presence..I would highly recommend whites and have praised its facilities, staff, food and rooms to all the staff i work with. It was exceptionally value for money..and definitely be back again.

The hotel is beautiful inside. The decor and the atmosphere was great. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The bedroom was perfect and the shower pressure was second to none. Just perfect. Food was great too.

We paid an extra 20 euro for a sea view. What we got however was alot of grey buildings outside our window. Now if you stood to the right of the window you could see the "Sea View" in the distance. Definitely not worth the extra 20, so be careful if you upgrade to a sea view it is not worth it. Maybe from another room but not ours.
