Stayed for 2 nights. Staff were excellent. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. We had breakfast 2 of the mornings and it was excellent with a great variety. We had 1 evening meal, and again it was excellent. Our 16 month old daughter was brilliantly looked after by all the staff, making sure she was happy.

I'm trying not to be harsh, but I did ask for a quiet room. There was renovations on the room next door which were very loud pretty much all day. It sounded like they were removing tiles from the bathroom. It does need to be renovated, or spruced up. The grey paint through out is dreadful. You can see every scratch, chip or bump through the whole hotel. But the staff and the quality of the food make up for it.

All the staff were really lovely to deal with, Reception, Night porter / concierge, bar staff. There was a major problem with car parking at Rosslare Harbour and the hotel allowed me to leave my car at the hotel for a few days and also helped me to contact a local taxi service, which I used for the 10 km or so trip to the harbour. Very nice bar food. Quiet location and I could easily have gone to the beach if I'd had time. This is a stretch of coast with beautiful beaches.

My bed was impossibly soft .... either the mattress was worn out or this is a 'comfort' choice. It didn't stop me from sleeping, but I like a firmer mattress. The room windows are tilt and turn: I would have said with this style of window, it should be possible to open the windows a crack at night for air but windows were stuck shut.

Stayed overnight coming off the ferry - very close by the ferry port. We were quite late arriving, and the staff could not have been more helpful. Best hotel staff experience I’ve had in a very long time. Honestly, can’t rate them highly enough: friendly, helpful, communicative, did everything possible to make us comfortable, and arranged food even though the kitchen was closed.

Decor is a bit dated. But the room was clean, and was good for what we wanted

Bathrooms could do with being updated. The water wasn’t hot in the showers. We booked a table for dinner and they had live music on but it was insanely loud. No need for live music to be up that loud in the bar/restaurant. The staff acknowledged this and were really nice but no idea why they wouldn’t just turn down the mic? All table around the live music moved to the other end of the restaurant. The musicians were good but would really recommend turning the volume down

The location is fantastic near the beach. The food was delicious we had dinner and breakfast thee. Staff were so helpful and also let you enjoy your stay which i loved. Cleaniness was excellent and also the nformation booklet was very helpful in the room.

The bed was not that comfy we found it difficult to sleep. The property in general could do with a fresh lick of paint. Also some colour would be nice as everywhere was grey outside, inside & the room.

The bed was so comfortable and the food tasted lovely, would be better if the fruit cups had more of a variety of fruits besides melon and grapes.

The Missing patch of carpet in our room, there wasn't any hot chocolate powders in the room either.

Staff were lovely and obliging could not have been better. food and service was very good. Very convenient for the ferry port. We stayed two nights but in different rooms. The first night the room was very worn and well used. The second night I had a disabled room as I was having some physical issues. This room was in much better repair. Hotel could do with a refurb.

Quiet, comfortable bed, huge room, friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast was delicious- really well done. Croissants, yogurt with granola parfait, cereals, juices. In addition to that, there was a menu for made to order- full Irish, porridge with honey, eggs on toast, pancakes. We stayed because our ferry arrived late- we’d been in France, Belgium, Netherlands and Germany for 3 weeks. This hotel was the best value, and best breakfast of the trip and was really comfortable- great linens, large bed and a good mattress. The staff was great too. Highly recommend.

Very spacious room, with good facilities: two luggage shelves, a writing table and two comfortable chairs, as well as the the usual desk and chair arrangement. Staff were welcoming and service at dinner was very good. Location is very convenient for the harbour. Rosslare seemed to be a nice little resort too.

We had an early start for the ferry, as many will guests will have. I mentioned this at Reception, but we were not offered any breakfast. Cereal, toast and coffee would have been fine (at 6.30 a.m.) View from the room of the kitchen roof was not picturesque.
