The staff are exceptional, very friendly, welcoming & efficient. Great breakfast menu with plenty to choose from, all freshly cooked & delicious with excellent service from Daragh who is delightful. Evening meal also excellent choice, again great food & service. Location of hotel is right on river bank, perfect for after dinner stroll or watching sunset, also an easy walk into Wexford town with all it has to offer. Our room was lovely, with very comfortable bed & very spacious.
We liked it all.

Very kind and accommodating staff. When booking online I had requested to please get a double room instead of a twin (was possible that I could end up with one or the other) and was given the honeymoon suite, which was a very welcome surprise on arrival. Finn was on the desk when we checked in and was really lovely to deal with, as was the night porter whose name I've forgotten.
Possible I simply missed it, but a minor thing was I couldn't easily see what time check out was on any literature in the room or card, but the lovely staff were happy to clarify when asked

I left too early for breakfast but enjoyed my evening meal immensely. The lady at the front desk was welcoming and knowledgeable. A great person to meet your customers. I was very pleasantly surprised by everything. The hotel really exceeded my expectations. Maybe put a couple of sachets of instant coffee in te room.
Such a small thing but I don’t like strong coffee. Perhaps a couple of sachets if instant coffee. I had, fortunately, some coffee in my car so brought that in. Apart from that I couldn’t find anything else. A great experience for me. Thank you.

Breakfast was excellent, plentiful and very good value. The room was big and bed was super-king and very comfortable. We only had 'dinner' 1 evening - both had chowder & toasted specials which was plenty and very tasty.
Actually had no hot water on the first morning as there was a boiler issue which was fixed shortly afterwards; wasn't a big issue. From the outside it doesn't look that enticing or attractive but we both liked the quirkiness and old world interior.

Lovely hotel. The room was so nice with a four poster bed. Staff are so nice and friendly. Food was lovely. Perfect location overlooking Wexford harbour.
The only issue was the ladies toilets in the lobby were out of order which meant you had to go up stairs to the ladies toilets.

Did not have breakfast but the hotel was comfortable, clean and we had no issues at all. Staff were welcoming and friendly. We didn't really spend much time in the hotel apart from to sleep. Had a late drink when we came in. As residents, there was no trouble. Hotels proximity to wexford town is great and just a short stroll across the bridge. We really enjoyed our short stay in wexford town. Plenty to do and see in this area. Lovely beaches just short drives away, lots of places of historical interest and the town itself offers a huge variety of shops, eateries and pleasant lively pubs. The hotel is within walking distance of many nice restaurants and taverns. Wexford is a lovely safe town to go out in.

The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant food at dinner was very good. Breakfast was excellent with coffee refills being offered. The staff at breakfast were particularly friendly.
The room was smaller than expected with a key as opposed to card access. The restaurant was crowded and noisy for dinner, but I understand the objective of any establishment is to get as many patrons as possible. The staff members were extremely busy and this - understandably - tended to impact service.

The hotel is nice but a little dated. I stayed on the ground floor, Room 101, which had a double bed (which was comfortable) and a single bed. It was bright and clean. The shower was powerful. I ate in the bar that night and the food was hot and tasty. Breakfast the following day was also very good and there was plenty variety. All of the staff that I met were very helpful and pleasant.
I would have liked to have bottled water provided in the room.

We paid for breakfast included in the room rate. The breakfast was good, coffee cup re-filled, and it was good value for money as the amount paid upfront was less than shown on the menu. Our room was beautifully warm all day, which was much appreciated during a very cold spell.
Breakfast was in the large bar, with only a few other table in use. A smaller room set aside for guests would have been more cosy, welcoming and enjoyable.
