Unfortunately due to an underlying medical condition I fainted a couple times in the hotel lobby during the IGM afters, and the staff were nothing but brilliant, not only did they help my friends and make sure i was okay but they allowed us to sit in their break room, got me a juice with glucose and even cooked me a pizza to eat free of charge to help me regain some strength. They also then helped me and my friends back to our room and were genuinely lovely. It was really really appreciated, and although i unfortunately can not remember the specific staff members that helped, all the staff i interacted with in general were very, very lovely. The hotel itself is also great and has lovely rooms!

The room was lovely. The evening meal was absolutely lovely. The reception staff were really helpful and very polite and friendly. The general cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was very good.

I did have to ask for the dressing gown and the slippers that were supposed to be part of the room. And the fruit that was said to be in there wasn't!!! There didn't seem to be be the staff available in the mornings for breakfast. The tables from prior dinners wasn't cleared away. Trying to get tea/coffee wasn't the best in the mornings.

A good clean spacious bedroom on the 6th floor, comfortable bed, good hot shower although it could do with a better head. Food was very good.

There is a lot of road noise from the motorway adjacent and the blown air heating system. Also no heater in the bathroom so cold first thing in the morning

Evening meal was good , lovely room shame we didn’t get the extras that was advertised ie fruit bowl dressing gown slippers

Breakfast wasn’t great , not very organised things that should of been out wasn’t ie run out if plates , nothing to put jam in not very hot , sausages burnt

Nice touch to have in room coffee machine and bottled water - much appreciated as I arrived late and left early (not having the opportunity to avail of breakfast)

Although I didn't take it, the cost of breakfast should be included in the room price and not an additional charge.

Everything it was exceptionally clean the staff were polite and very helpful 👌. Everything was convenient. I ❤️ your FAIRY Garden. I am looking forward to returning soon. The Deals are excellent 👌 myself and my daughter just fancied a wee break. My husband seen a great deal and booked for us. We had a meal today and yesterday the food was Michelan 🌟 quality.

There was no negatives at all

I had an injury on this trip and the hotel was able to direct us to a nearby hospital and extended our stay until we we able to make arrangements to fly home. It was very much appreciated

The hotel is perfectly placed and clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful The food was excellent and well priced.

Please could you put shower room instead of having to climb into a bath to have a shower.
