The location of the Maldron is great for passengers transiting through Dublin Airport. The hotel is clean and the staff very courteous and friendly. I particularly liked the excellent selection of TV channels. The shuttle bus drivers were exceptional. The coffee machine and biscuits in the room were an unexpected bonus.

The Airport signage to the Courtesy shuttle desperately needs improvement. Especially at T2.

Excellent hotel close to Dublin Airport! I booked as we had an early morning flight back to East Mids and so wanted a hotel close to the airport for convenience. Staff were friendly helping us with check in and provided us with all necessary information about our stay. Rooms were modern and comfortable offering a range of tea and coffee along with bottled water. We still wanted to go out of the evening in Dublin but not to the city centre so managed to find a lovely bar about a 10 minute walk from the hotel called Kealy’s offering food and drink. This was great as we still managed to enjoy our evening without the hassle of getting into the busy city. We finished the evening off with a McDonalds located right next to the hotel. We had the option of using the airport shuttle in the morning however we decided to walk to Terminal 2 taking around 10 minutes. Overall a very good stay and would definitely book again!

Courtesy bus to and from airport terminal was good, especially as our incoming flight was delayed so arrived in the dark. Proximity to airport was reason for choosing this hotel. Room was lovely and clean and nice to have a small settee and table where we could sit in privacy. Breakfast choice really good and all the cooked food was nice and hot. All of the staff from the bus driver, reception and the breakfast crew were all extremely welcoming and chatty.

Only one small thing was coffee at breakfast wasn't very hot but found a self service coffee machine which sorted that problem out!

The location is excellent, a short walk from terminal 2. The room was comfortable, clean, and warm. A vending machine is available, and the residents were being served I the bar when we arrived late at night. The restaurant and regular reception staff are just lovely. The breakfast was fabulous. A lovely, convenient stay There is a booklet in the room offering advice on facilities, breakfast times etc.

We arrived very late so the desk was not manned by regular reception staff. I had phoned ahead, however, to explain the situation. The man there asked us to accept a twin room instead of a double as there were no other rooms available. I was annoyed having booked a double and rang ahead. We were offered complimentary breakfast instead, which I declined. Immediately, a double room then became available, leaving us feeling a bit confused. It was unnecessary after a long journey Saying that he was polite

Upon DUB arrival, I simply walked to the HTL (nice weather and easy walk). Booking.com reservation honored and Check-in efficient/pleasant - room great - 2AM shuttle to DUB Airport easy. Easy/quick walk to McDonalds. Pleasant area - business park like - not industrial. Felt safe at HTL and in walking around area.

I was given a 200 series room...and assumed this meant 2nd floor. I stumbled around looking for an elevator. Was joined by 6 other Folks who had 200 and 300 series rooms. They too was baffled. Finally HTL Staff observed our dear-in-headlights expression and pointed us to a corner placard sign explaining direction...but it didn't make sense until he explained that there is only a single level and no elevators. This could have easily been avoided if Check-in Staff had clearly explained how to reach our rooms and specifically explained that the property is a single level with no elevators.

The Maldron Hotel is an easy 7-minute walk from Terminal 2 and is the closest hotel to Terminal 2. I'm glad I chose Maldron because Radisson Blu is a bit further away and located across a very busy 4-lane East Link Road, which may be a problem crossing if you are walking with luggage. Checking-in and out was quick. I was allowed to check-into my room earlier than the official 3pm check-in time. There's a McDonalds and Circle K across the street from Maldron Hotel. Its easy to get into downtown Dublin by catching a Dublin Express coach from Terminal 2.

The rooms are on 3 levels but room directional signage is not very clear. Guests may have difficulty finding the lift on their way to Reception when checking-out. The room is basic and there's no fridge in the room. The bathroom is small but very functional.

The staff were friendly, the hotel room clean with a comfortable bed. The bang on time alarm call ( you would be surprised how many hotels "forget ")

Was staying overnight to catch an early flight, the regular beeping noise from the entrance barrier to the car park wasn't exactly conducive to a good night's sleep!!!! After travelling for 5 hours, it was 7 o clock, and we were hungry, but we were told that the restaurant was pre booking only, so we had to settle for the food in the bar. We ordered a Guinness and a Coors along with a burger each from the bar menu, As our drinks arrived at the table, another server arrived with OUR FOOD!!! this would lead me to believe that these dishes are not cooked to order. We were tired and had to be up again at 4am for a flight, so we just ate our "faster than McDonald's " meals (not much difference in temperature either tbh) and went to bed..

Restaurant meal and staff were outstanding. Hotel location next to the airport is excellent. Flexibility to offer early check in was great.Courtesy van service is very good and the driver is a professional who makes a short trip safe memorable and easy.

Room was very cold. We checked in early just before midday. We didn't have any form of heating until 4.30 . We checked prior to that time and were told 4pm then told 4.35. By the time it did come on and eventually provided some warmth we had left the room. We were offered a heater but declined as were going out.. Not acceptable to have cold rooms for guests.

Spacious, comfortable triple room. Lots of tea and coffee provided. Only 12 minutes walk from the airport with a regular mini bus service from outside arrivals, to and from the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Modern, comfortable reception area with plenty of seating.

Someone in the room above was actively walking/running about as we were settling down to sleep but the poor acoustic insulation made it feel like they were in the room with us. Mood lighting was reasonably dim, which was relaxing but it would be useful to have the option to turn on a more powerful task light as the shadows made it really difficult to put on makeup for a special occasion.

The 24/7 airport shuttle service is very convenient for when you land in Dublin, and when you have to go back home. If you get there very late at night, you can just give them a call (using the number at the shuttle station in zone 8). The hotel is pretty close to terminal 2, so you have easy access to buses and taxis. The double and twin rooms are decently sized for 2 people, and the bathroom is very clean despite it being a bit small. The water in the room is free and always provided after the room is cleaned. There is also tea, coffee, and biscuits. You can double lock the door (chain and main lock).

The shower doesn’t have curtains or a sliding door, so the water tends to splash out onto the bathroom floor. There is a ventilation system, but I’m not quite sure how it is activated. So, if you shower too hot for too long, it might get a bit suffocating. Another complaint about the shower is the water temperature. For some reason the temperature kept fluctuating between warm and scalding hot. It was not unbearable but definitely not too pleasant. There are no slippers, robes, or toothbrushes provided by the hotel. The breakfast is decent, perhaps a bit overpriced.
