The room was great, and the front desk staff were awesome.

The shuttle bus drivers were rude, and not helpful at all. As well there wasn’t any communication when the bus arrived at the hotel for the early ride to the airport.

The staff is excellent and very professional. Very good free buffet breakfast. Quiet. Bus to and from the airport excellent service. Very clean. Good bed. For another occasion I will book here

In the room with two separate beds there is no shower but a bathtub and this is a disadvantage for an elderly person with reduced mobility. I have seen the risk of fire by storing the hairdryer in a cloth bag and in turn in a drawer of the desk in the room instead of the hairdryer being nailed to the bathroom wall, this would prevent a guest from storing it hot in the bag (I am a fire investigator, sorry, professional deformation).

Excellent property and facilities, breakfast was great, would have like the option of an iced latte/coffee but I didn’t ask so this may have been available however wasn’t stated anywhere. Hotel was clean, staff were so polite and courteous. We got an upgrade to a corner suite which was excellent

Not necessarily an issue with the property but more information about the complicated Dublin buses would have been great. Maybe an option of a shuttle bus to and from Dublin City centre would be beneficial, even if it was a paid service, would have been much easier than trying to understand the leap card and not being able to pay with card on the bus.

We booked the superior room for one night. The room was very modern and spacious. The staff upon arrival were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast had a good variety and overall we enjoyed our stay.

I think when you’re paying 200€+ for a night in a hotel the parking should be free (it was €15 per night) but it was good to know your car was in a secure space. For a superior room I found the mattress to be a bit uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. The room was also very warm during the night but the air conditioning did help.

This location was selected because it was a pet friendly accommodation and had parking as well as a shuttle service to the airport. The room was spacious and the single sofa-beds for the children were laid out upon our arrival which was just what we needed. There were restaurants as well as a large Tescos across the way for easy access to foods or supplies. We were easily able to find easily accessible greenery/park behind the hotel to toilet our dog. The 12pm check-out was extremely helpful since we were only staying the night be able to make a mid morning send-off from the airport and leaving the car to use the shuttle service was very convenient. The shuttle service was also timely, efficient and readily accessible from both ends.

The non-refundable pet fee seemed a bit expensive but the facilities were exceptionally clean and well maintained so one can see where the money gets utilised.

Great location with a shopping center just across the street, and a bus station nearby, making it easy to reach the city center, which is super convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable, making it a relaxing stay. Shuttle service to the airport is brilliant.

Apparently, there is no night entrance, and after 23:00, you need to ring the bell near the fire exit. This wasn’t explained at check-in, so we were a bit confused about how to enter the hotel when we returned late from the concert.

I unfortunately got diverted to Dublin on a flight from Paris, and had to stay an unexpected night. This was my second night of diversion trying to get home. The previous night’s accommodations by the airline were horrendous, and so I booked the Hilton on my own dime. The staff was amazing - friendly and helpful! My husband surprised/sent me a mini bottle of whiskey to my room, and it arrived from room service almost immediately when I stepped inside. I arrived late, and barely made it down to the bar before the kitchen closed, but the staff was able to order/make me a delicious burger! Lastly, I was told the morning bus to the airport was full, but that the hotel would gladly order me a taxi on their account if I called down in the morning. The room was so clean, I even took a bath! The entire experience was such a pleasure, and just what I needed after unexpected travel delays. Thank you, Hilton!

The staff were just great! If you needed assistance they were ready to help. The front desk staff were so nice and always had a smile. The food also checked all of my boxes. Not one complaint from me. I also made note of the bar/restaurant manager who was on the ball and kept things running smooth. The main bartender I had while I stayed was named Orlando and he also was great and made me laugh a bit because he was thrown off by my style of tipping. But great service equals great tip.

Honestly I have no complaints. It may be that I have a bit more flexibility with my expectations but I think it is a good value for your average traveler.

As you would expect from Hilton, this is a top notch hotel. The staff are all super friendly and Clodagh on reception was really excellent with all queries and went above and beyond. The location is great and having a dedicated onsite car park is a big plus. The rooms were spotless and had everything you need whilst the beds are so, so comfortable. We had a group booked for food and it was excellent with quick service. The breakfast did not disappoint either! I highly recommend this hotel.

Second time staying there. Room was nice, however a little dated. Good breakfast in the morning. Easy check in and safe parking for the car. Room was quiet. Some nice places to go to near by like shopping centre across the road and an excellent kebab restaurant around the corner.

Pillows were not comfy. Room a little dated. No gluten free options on first morning of stay. Had to ask for gluten free bread to be available for second morning. Should come as standard along with other gluten free options. Public transport is poor to get into city centre. Ended up getting taxis which cost about E30.
