Staff were so co-operative as our flight was delayed in extending our stay and in helping me find a quiet area to conduct my interview/meeting 24/7 hot water Room : Cleaning staff ( Abhishek ) very efficient and helpful ; nice gesture to keep a welcome plate of macaroons on the table Breakfast buffet : grand feast and the restaurant staff were courteous everyday and alert to everyone who sat down for breakfast ;continuously being restocked Location : walkable distance to UPMC -Sports clinic Bedroom quite spacious to place luggage ( 3 people)

No Pool Location - no variety of restaurants that are in close proximity to the hotel; quite far to travel to city centre. No shopping areas around this hotel .

The room was great, two comfy double beds which was great for us a family of four. The hotel runs a bus shuttle service which brought us back to the airport the next morning as this was just used as a stopover. They had bottled water in the room and a lovely selection of Bewley's Teas, Coffee and even hot chocolate, which was a nice surprise for my kids.

The gym is not accessible 24 hours which was a bit disappointing. I was wide awake at 3am, due to jet lag, and I would have loved to use the gym before we left to get onto another flight. The bathroom was fine, it needs a little bit of TLC as ours was a bit run down.

Elizabeth at the front desk was very professional and friendly. She was also helpful to make our stay and visit to Dublin excellent. We also liked the location and nice green natural surroundings. Our deluxe King room was comfortable and the bathroom as well. We liked the toiletries that were environmentally friendly. Also glass bottles of water are great way to reduce the footprints of travel. The Irish breakfast was good as well as lunch and dinner options at the hotel restaurants.

Dated elevators and airport shuttle doesn’t run frequently enough maybe smaller shuttles that run often would be better?

Nice restaurant. Room was nice but walls paper thin. Getting shuttle bus to hotel takes a little work. Not difficult if you do it once but definitely not intuitive and makes little sense how its set up. Would make a lot more sense outside each terminal. People with mobility issues might find it difficult.

Place needs an update. Halls are very tired and worn with damage to carpet, wood base and door jams everywhere. Coat of paint and new carpet is a screaming yes. It's not walking distance to airport. A brisk walk would be about 45 minutes at best. Bus comes every 30 minutes which is OK and drops at terminals. Running a bus every 20 minutes might be better but the round-trip takes 30 minutes and that's why its done that way. In conclusion its fine if you have an early flight but don't expect red carpet. More like we'll worn pink carpet.

Great hotel situated near the non busy side of Santry Demesne. Had the room facing the park and had an awesome view of the reindeers on the roof (one evening in Dec) and the park during the day. Amazing staff, fast checkin and checkout and super helpful. Breakfast was nice with the standard full Irish breakfast, with salmon! Great stroll/roll in the park with a super post-storm Darragh sunshine post breakfast. Slight misnomer with its name.. as its not quite in front of the Dublin airport (which might confuse the non-regular traveller). Its about 7 min drive by bus to the airport. I didn't need the bus to the airport... which was regular enough (every 30min). I guess if you planned your trip early to the airport, the hotel carpark charge is €10 per day. Staff didn't bat an eye when they saw a middle aged guy rolling out of the premise with oversized Rollerblades to the park. Although the airport bus driver did ask me if I needed to go the airport as I was having my full gear on 🤣 Would definitely be there again if on a business trip!

Great stay the room was so clean and tidy and over all the bed was really comfy Room service was fantastic we didn’t get in till 1am and they still provided room service 24hr and it brilliant Cleaning facilities were fab and on our first day they even come to check and make sure that our first night stay was good and asked if we needed anything Breakfast was amazing and even the food was stunning for the evening time just the right size portions They had fresh water and sparkling water They advise you of the airport bus shuttle times on reception and even told us what buses to catch into Dublin and how much Staff were all so friendly

On booking.com it say we would have on demand tv but didn’t look like we did, that was literally it such a small issue that we weren’t really bothered about , overall everything was fantastic

When we got to our room there was a strange odor and upon reporting our concern the staff immediately changed us to a new room which was great. The location of this hotel is great as there is a huge park across the street with miles of walking paths, playgrounds, dog park, etc. We really appreciated the punctuality of the airport shuttle (huge bus so no need to worry there won't be a seat). We used the hotel gym which had good equipment that was all in working order. Had dinner in the restaurant--service was very good and the chicken tikka was great but the pasta w/pesto sauce was terrible. We paid for the breakfast to be included and that was fabulous--tons of choices from the buffet or they will make dishes to order.

Fabulous stay last night with my daughter as part of a joint birthday trip. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Crowne Plaza. Finding the hotel was very straightforward as it's off an arterial route (we had quite a long drive from the north) with secure parking in the multistory car park alongside. The hotel inside is very well presented and feels very high quality. The delightful female reception staff were warm and welcoming and wished us both happy birthdays (we both had birthdays over the weekend). I unfortunately did not note the name of the lovely receptionist who checked us in). They had also upgraded our room and left a lovely birthday card written and signed by the general manager, with a gorgeous little platter of decorated macarons as a birthday treat. What amazing attention to detail. The room was fabulous, large and tastefully decorated with such comfortable double beds. Everything at hand laid out with care and attention. Copius USB and socket charging. Digital room thermostat which worked. Fridge in the room, full size bath and very large shower. Apotheke toiletries. Layout of the room and bathroom well designed in terms of placement of powerpoints, mirrors and towel rails/hooks etc. It's amazing how many hotels don't manage that. Plenty of fluffy towels, water bottles in room. Ice and cooled water stations on each floor. It was also gloriously quiet. Breakfast had a fantastic selection across fruits, breads, meat/cheese, cereals, accompaniments, cooked items, fresh waffle and pancake makers etc etc... The staff greeting us in the breakfast restaurant were again so professionally polite and welcoming (and very professionally attired too), explaining the layout and offering us seating options. Those kinds of interactions give such a positive impression. On our departure the reception staff (James and Beth) were cheerful and warm (and wished us happy birthdays again!

Lovely location next to a river and huge park. Perfect room, thoughtfully laid out bathroom basic but spotless with nice products. Lots of nice little touches , good water in reused glass bottles, little note from cleaning staff, hot chocolate in addition to tea and coffee in room. Clean and comfy. Staff were so friendly and efficient. Dinner expensive but really good, great service. Breakfast staff, efficient, friendly, cheerful great choice of buffet

Only minuses bit pricey and very bland scrambled egg...butter and salt needed!

It wasn’t clear when I reserved that I would have to pay 10€ for overnight parking. It’s an extra cost that should be included or clearly stated. The AC didn’t work even though I set it up according to the instructions. Since we could open the window and we were able to keep the room comfortable that way it didn’t affect our stay but we switched hotels that night because of the lack of AC and the extreme heat in the room we had previously booked at a different hotel so it was frustrating that it didn’t work.
