The hotel is Clean and tidy. The rooms are big and fully equipped by amenities. Going downtown is easy as the public transport is close by. Coming from airport is easy too- just take the airport hopper bus ( remember the bus area is near the church at the airport) The breakfast is incredible superb and the staff of the breakfast section are so polite and humble. The restaurant downstairs too has good food and staff too are polite.

A female receptionist behaves rude and tells me that they do not cater to tourists as this is a business hotel and tourists must go and stay down town when i asked her why do you not have information of touristic places

The parking facilities are really good & your car is secure there which is definitely a plus and not guaranteed around Dublin. But I’d like to give the staff a 10/10 rating. They were helpful and kind anyway, no hassles checking in or out. But i am rather forgetful and left somewhat valuable items when I checked out and didn’t realise until later in the day. When I contacted the staff they were helpful and returned the items to me, no problems and nothing missing. In this day and age, that seems to be getting rarer and rarer.

Nothing at all. If you’re local to Dublin and just want a hotel outside of the city, it’s a perfect location. If you’re visiting Dublin the luas is not even 3 minutes away. Great spot!

It as my 4th time that myself and my partner spent in Plaza Hotel in Tallaght. This time I would like to say thanks very much to the Two nice persons with such of high quality manners: The restaurant Manager Alex, he's absolutely right man on the right position 💯 Young but very hard working man Anatolly (sorry if wrong spelling name of that man) Great manners and very friendly personality also brilliant bartender. Top class girls at the reception also deserve to say Thanks very much for your hard work - well done! Food in Alder Cafe bar is one of the tastes food eaten over my stay, just beautiful and tasty. Credit to the Chef!, done the best rib-eye steak dinner, haven't eat that lovely one long long time. Friendly housekeeping ladies saying hello all the time had met them. Kindness, helpful- that's the place with that kind of hard working and nice people I love to be!

Unfortunately I have to mention about the quality of the bathroom especially the bathtub. Very inconvenient to take the shower in it, small bits of rust and strange shape of the tub especially bottom of it. Filthy walls in bedroom (a lot of fingers print and scratched inside and outside on coridor skirting boards has to be repainted- doesn't look fancy for that class of the hotel.

Convenient location for our family group. Lovely large room, good housekeeping. Restaurant was adequate, long wait on our first night but ok second night as the table had been booked. Disappointed with some of the dishes… however the chunky fries were a hit. Great bar staff, helpful, pleasant, great sense of humour Abigail and Anatoli (think that’s how his name is spelt) in particular were professional, approachable with a great sense of customer service, much appreciated after a stressful day 🙏

All good

The hotel room itself was very comfortable, with everything I needed. Some biscuits for tea would have helped. I came to this hotel because of car parking - an excellent addition for a Dublin hotel, with free parking that was safe and convenient. The breakfast was excellent (black pudding especially!) Staff were friendly. I particularly want to comment on the house keeping staff - your team are the most friendly and cheerful I have encountered in any hotel!

The rooms overlook a flat roof. This needs to be tidied up. Storm Ashley hit while there - it revealed a draught from the windows in Room 252 (these need resealed). The bedroom was clearly renovated, but the bathroom didn’t match the modern feel of the hotel. This would benefit with being replaced with a more modern aesthetic.

Room was a good size and the bar staff were friendly and engaging. Food was very good. Also the underground secure parking was great and easy to access.

The reception staff member was not engaging, didn't look like they wanted to be there. The fact a hotel of this size only had one small lift too wasn't great as created long waits, especially from the parking area. Bathroom could also do with some work to bring up to standard of the rest of the hotel.

The property was modern and clean, and the staff were super friendly. The food in their restaurant was amazing! The car parking was secure.

The noise from the road outside was pretty loud, so used ear plugs to sleep. Couldn’t seem to call the lift down to the car parking level, so had to use the stairs. Think the button may have been broken, as we met someone else who was staying there who had the same issue. Also, definitely a personal preference, but I found the pillows to be too “thick”.

Yes I reserved a room online I came to the hotel for the receptionest to tell me it's gone it's fully booked then tell me it was more than I reserved it for then he tells me it's a 200 pound cash deposit I just new he was making excuses and felt really uncomfortable as I travelled a long way I ended up finding a different hotel but i wont be back again i think Ur recepanist needs to not be so judgemental

The way the receptionest made me feel everything was fine when I booked I also emailed before checking in everything was fine then he tells me no space or pay extra

The food was lovely

I found that staff had conflicting information. The restaurant seemed short staffed especially at lunch time on Friday.I had asked for the brownie from the kids menu to be boxed up to take to the room & I couldn’t wait any longer after 20 minutes waiting. Also, I ordered breakfast to the room on the Saturday morning, no toast or milk arrived even though it was on the order.I rang down for the roast and that arrived and no milk which I had to ring down for again.

The staff were so helpful and friendly (when they found out it was my birthday they were kind enough to offer us a drink voucher for the restaurant which was amazing - the bar tender was absolutely lovely and made a brilliant cocktail for me!). As we were going to a gig at Marlay Park the hotel was perfectly close for travelling to/from and offered us FREE carparking which set it apart from other hotels we looked at.

There really wasn't anything that stood out, I'd honestly stay here again after such a positive experience. Maybe some herbal teabags would have been great but we did enjoy some cups of tea and coffee in our room regardless!
