The staff was very helpful and pleasant. We had a problem with the hot water (the shower was much too hot and we couldn't get the temperature down) and they exchanged the faucet of the bathtub the next day while we were out. The bed was very comfortable and there was no street noise (make sure you ask for a quiet room). We liked the location of the hotel with the LUAS terminal and the SQUARE shopping center right next to it.

We had to deal with an extremely hot shower on the first day (see above). The light in the closet area wasn't working. We managed to fix it ourselves. The bathroom could use a few hooks for the hand towels and things like a bath robe or clothes. We thought the room was expensive but unfortunately this is true for all hotels in Dublin.

This was a great hotel in a very nice part of Dublin. The location was ideal, just a short walk from a shopping mall and surrounded by plenty of dining options, from quick bites to full sit-down meals. They provided free parking in the attached garage which made things so much easier, especially in the city. Breakfast the next morning was excellent, with a cooked-to-order entree along with a continental spread — a perfect way to start the day. Overall, this hotel offered a comfortable stay, great amenities and a convenient location. I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is situated in my home town and ideally central to near where my family live and is great for access to the Dublin mountains. The room itself was impeccably clean and fresh smelling, including the bathroom. The bed was firm but also very comfortable. The room was supplied with a kettle, complimentary tea bags, coffee milk and sugar. The room was also quite warm upon arrival without the heat being on but you can open the window for fresh air and there’s air conditioning which was fantastic for cooling the room at night which was perfect for getting a great nights sleep. Lovely views of the mountains from the room. The hotel was also very quiet. The staff were very friendly polite and courteous upon arrival and throughout my stay. And housekeeping staff did a great job servicing the room when needed. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel that serve breakfast and other meals, but Breakfast and other meals are NOT INCLUDED with your room and must be paid for separately. The hotel is also served by the Luas tram which goes into central Dublin from outside the hotel and there’s a decent sized shopping mall about 2 minutes walk containing a good variety of shops with various coffee shops and other eating and dining establishments.

I honestly didn’t find any fault with the hotel and this was my first time staying here.

The room was spacious, the beds extremely comfy, terrific lighting in the bathroom. Breakfast was fine - the continental breakfast basic, but tasty. Not a huge selection, but fine for the price. Most of the staff were extremely nice, friendly and helpful. The location was practical, beside the Luas (tram) station and also directly adjacent to the Square shopping centre.

There was no catering for coeliacs even for breakfast - toasting frozen gluten-free bread in the same toaster as other bread really doesn't help. A bit more awareness would be good! Our cards were only released for one night and had expired the next day, so had to get them both reactivated at reception the second day, upon returning to our room.

It's a modern, clean hotel. The disabled shower was excellent, although there were no grab rails. The room was very quiet and the heating very easy to adjust. The tram stop is right outside the front door. The free, secure parking is excellent. and meant we could avoid the hassle of driving in central Dublin by taking the tram. The safe was too small for a laptop. On getting into the newly remade bed we discovered some tissues from the night before had not been taken from the bed.

The Location is amazing. My husband was having a procedure I T. U. H over night so I booked a room . In the end they discharged him late . It was good to be so near for the night. Instead of hours away

The Bistro menu was basic but sufficient to suit all pallets and food was hot and delicious. The beds were one of the best We have slept in and that surpasses some five star accommodation.

The beds were really comfortable, the family room was really big and bright, everything was sparkling cleaned, the staff was really nice too. The car park had direct access to the hotel which was safe and private.

If you're looking for absolute silence just consider that there's a tram line just there, you hear it all day, not too loud but noticeable for sure. Also, some people were smoking literally by the side of the hotel main reception which meant when you walk in, you'd take in all the smoke, I was with a child when this happened and even showing my discomfort about it when walking through the door, the receptionist didn't touch the subject. The only other thing I didn't like was the room front doors, these would bang loud on your way out so every time someone in the same wing would open/close, it would bang and disturb your silence.

Free parking was included but the hotel needs to be more forceful about the arrival instructions, which I didn't bother to read. With most hotels, you can park out front, check in and dump your luggage, then figure out where to park the car. Google maps directed us to a spot across the tram lines on the wrong side of the building from the hotel lobby. The free parking was in a large garage complex in designated spots for the hotel.

Another bit of advice - don't trust Google maps in Ireland for routing choices. Google will put you on roads with unrealistically high speed limits, so the 'shortcut' takes longer and the driving is nerve wracking. We picked this hotel for its proximity to the Dublin airport, only about 30 minutes away on the M50. Unfortunately, the morning we left for the airport, the traffic on the M50 was worse, being rush hour. I can't blame Google Maps for this problem, but fortunately we had skipped breakfast and had lots of time to get there.

Check in was quick and fast, staff friendly especially Debbie. Room was clean and house keeping looked after us with towels and refreshments. Breakfast was good and very filling. Location great near everything and near the luas line.

The duvet on the bed was very thin and I found room bit cold. But that's my fault as I couldn't work it the heating. I had dinner in the bar, ordered steak. The Steak was well cooked but it was very basic, for the price I paid. It was one mushroom and few fried onions and bit sauce on the side with chips. The sauce was very poor. Also while eating the chefs kept looking out the window, very off putting tbh

Everything was great I travel a lot with my work so its important to be comfortable

Went for dinner ,asked if I could have a few chips instead of garlic bread I was told no ,,I'm a cheff myself couldn't understand it ,,it was a simple request, my son was having chips it would have not killed the the cheff to put an extra few chips on , He or she really need to cop on their there to cook for the customer. Otherwise everything was great will go back again
